no wifi, no electricity, no charging point, toilet facilities are not good, flies were everywhere in the room. a lot of stairs, parking is not available.

The location was good, the food was okay, the issue we faced: there was no continuous water supply in our rooms, the mattress was not cleaned overall we will not recommend this hotel.

Toilet condition was terrible, no basic toiletries, geezer not working in winter condition, no heater provided, bed wa slightly broken and room had odour. Bedsheets were dirty and damp. Hotel manager did not keep to his word for me to seek my refund and kept pushing the matter until i am now out of india and still struggling to get my refund for my unused stay. Never stay in kassal heights!

The manager was irresponsible. There is no proper room service at all. There is no water heater facilities for hot water, there is no safe drinking water, there is no room heater, tv is not in working condition, food was served in a dirty plates. My kids got fever due to un safe stay at this place. I requested for at least extra blankets if room heater was not available. They provided an old dirty smells badly a bed. It was total waste of money

Mossam ke hisab se suvidha nhi hai. Room me na towel, na sope, na blower, na pine ka pani, bathroom ke tap se ganda kala pani aata hai sirf geyser ka pani saaaf tha owner jagdish singh rajpoot ka jhuth bona blower hai abhi dete hain, electric blanket abhi bhejta hu puri rat guzar gai but kuch nhi mila 28, 29, 30 date ki booking thi ek rat jaise taise nikal ke subah 29/12/2024 11:30 room shod ke nikalna pda

Hotel acha ha location b hi pyari ha thoda niche jakke shor sharabe se dour and hotel ke staff bhat hi badiya ha specially mr. Kamaljeet singh and omlete bhat tasty tha agli baa r b hi jab patnitop ka plan bna toh jarur udder hi stay krenge
