芭堤雅德布阿酒店 (Debua Hotel Pattaya)

The hotel's large room only had one large bed, with a small bed on the bedside table. All the telephones were crammed onto one side of the bed. Amenities were incomplete; even a basic hairdryer was missing, requiring delivery. Hotel information was extremely unclear. Not all rooms advertised with a jacuzzi actually had one; some descriptions were subtly hidden, so careful checking is essential. Rooms with jacuzzi were large but practically useless, with minimal furniture. Rooms without jacuzzi were barely livable, only because of the cheap price. The front desk staff were rude. This is the worst-managed hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms weren't cleaned until 2:30 PM, indicating staff shortages. The hotel manager was frequently absent, making it impossible to find anyone in charge. This hotel essentially lacked a manager. Its only advantage was its convenient location near the pedestrian and bar streets. Aside from this, I have no reason to stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely brilliant location with everything you could need within walking distance. No option to have breakfast at the hotel but that’s not an issue as there are loads to choose from right on your doorstep. Very clean and today hotel and rooms but the best of all is the nice powerful shower that keeps a constant nice temperature.

++ bedroom side and presentation, balcony, pool good. Biggest ++ was the Smart TV. This allows me to watch Netflix and youtube using my own account Location good with lots of restaurants Good balcony Tea and coffee facilities All staff very friendly and helpful Good underground car parking -- No gym, Small noise at night but one night guest noise banging door @2/3:in the morning a problem Pool good but toilets and shower was at a level down !! Safe in the room ..firstly it was locked when I tried to use it and it was so low had to get down on my knees to try & use it .. Only one lift which could be a problem if busy

Not bad big room got up graded only stayed two night, room did not get served but that was ok, pool would be better if shades and jets where not working.

On the whole good value for money The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in in Thailand The staff were very friendly Few tweaks needed to get it up to standard Lobby disappointing very cheap and mismatched furnishings No shower gel in dispenser in bathroom No breakfast available
