還不錯，也很乾凈

獨立院落，適合多人出行，入住比較方便，但是衞生環境比較一般，院子雜草沒有修剪有蚊蟲。入住期間電費和打掃需要另外付費。

房間很不錯

希望下次有改善

這是我住過最雷的飯店Villa，入住要5000元押金，但是不會有任何的單據，房子位於高級住宅區，房子很漂亮但是打掃衞生很糟糕，床都是塌陷的，地板是髒的，要洗澡卻沒有熱水只能洗冷水，隔天早上要刷牙卻沒有水，入住要小心因為只有30瓦度數可以用電，超過的話要加收電費，我們入住完隔天很多人身上都過敏皮膚搔癢，因為環境真的很差，房東還要我們給五顆星好評

期望太高 地方夠大，但清潔情況真的差，房間的床上明顯有污垢及頭髮，瞓完一定身㾗😨😨😱😱，廁所連廁紙都冇，要自己去超市買 泳池的水質不適宜游泳，游完身體出現紅點 總括除左地方夠大，冇其他可取之處

服務很好，環境非常優美，買東西吃東西都很方便，也可以自己做飯吃，非常nice，帶家人帶朋友一起都很方便

酒店和照片相符，實際上比照片上更好看！設施都很新，位置也很方便，點外賣過來非常方便，和朋友們在一起渡過了完美的假期

採光很好，有太陽的地方真的太好出片了！！！整個房間都變得唯美又夢幻，簡直自帶美顏，而且房間空間也大 衞生打掃挺乾淨，太喜歡了，下次來一定選他家

Disgusting, unprofessional, and a total scam. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any property — avoid this place at all costs. We arrived at 2 PM and were handed the keys by a maid. The first thing we noticed? The entire place looked abandoned — grass and weeds growing wild all around the house like no one had taken care of it in months. We gave it the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the inside would be better. Big mistake. The house was filthy. Cockroaches everywhere. The bathtub was full of body hair (and not the kind from a head), and the bedsheets smelled absolutely vile — like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. We told the maid immediately that the place needed to be cleaned. And then we waited. And waited. It took SIX HOURS for someone to come clean the house — we were forced to sit in that filth until 8 PM. When we checked out, we notified the property that we’d be leaving by 11 AM. The maid arrived late, checked the house, and told us the deposit would be returned soon. But instead of returning it, we were told to leave the property and kept waiting with zero updates. After chasing them down and being ignored for hours, we had to escalate the issue with 永安 just to get our money back — and even then, they deducted a charge for “electricity overuse”. This property is run by people who clearly don’t care about cleanliness, service, or basic decency. It’s a scammy operation with no respect for guests or their time. Stay far, far away.
