The location is great and the staff are great. The problem is that the building itself is getting old. The tiles, walls and ceilings have visibly weathered.

LK hotels have kind of a "deep state" energy, I felt very negative energy from both the Metro and the Empress. In the latter case I was basically attacked by the cleaning staff, who then decided to lay down in a staff room directly across from my room for several hours, basically spying on me. While I can't prove that all the LK employees are specifically criminal, they don't feel professional either but rather like grouchy / mean spirited members of some group, that I wasn't in, and therefore they felt the need to punish me or mess with me somehow. You see this from time to time especially in corporate hotels or hotels that have several locations. Suffice to say, although Pattaya is known for being rough, LK hotels are SUPER rough and you couldn't pay me to go back there. Thai people are just too nice to ever tolerate being treated the way I was at this hotel.

Hotel is past its prime but the higher prices still remain. The rooms are on the larger side for sure, but the furnishings are all pretty grody by now and the weight room was literally coming apart in my hands. Brekkie was good and they change it up a bit every day. Had to change the layout of this room because it just wasn’t working

We had a standard room .The hotel was clean but in need of some minor adjustments in the bathroom . It had a bath with shower which was nice .the bath was not level and when showering the water went onto the floor . The bed was nice and the room had lots of draws and wardrobe space .kettle and fridge freezer were ok , could have done with more tea/coffees.air con was good.I only gave a 3 star rating for location as it is right in the centre of the bars and massage district (which is not for me ) having said this we did not hear much noise and 10 minute walk to the beach . The reception staff were very nice and very helpful . Best of all was the free breakfast , this was FANTASTIC with so much choice and the staff very helpful and attentive .I would recommend this hotel as long as you are ok with its location.

Нормальный отель за такую цену. Есть парковка, бассейн, средний завтрак. Номер просторный, хоть и старовата мебель и интерьеры. В номере есть сейф, было тихо и спокойно спать Персонал приветливый, вполне нормально для трех звёзд.

I have stayed all over Asia. 永安 has this as a 4 star hotel, it's maybe a 1.5 stars. Mold and mildew grown outside of air conditioning, room smells, Should be white tiles in the bathroom but it's more like gray. Front desk woman is very rude not wanting to help nobody. 永安 should refund my money. See pictures Do not book this hotel!!!!!
