We were given a room almost at the end of the row, and while it was clean, we faced some issues with the TV and air conditioning. The staff was polite but didn’t really address the feedback. We were disappointed to find no big floats available for rent at the pool (they used to have it). Nevertheless, we managed to have a good time and truly appreciate the birthday setup!

整體來説體驗式非常棒的！衹是入住當天遇上公司的team building ，非常多人。 吃早餐時因為滿座被安排到了另一邊用餐。還覺得酒店非常貼心，開放了另一個地方讓大家不用等那麼久。怎知用餐後才發現食物少了很多種！😡感覺被不公平對待，如果提早跟我説，我願意等的。 事後向酒店反映，衹説：“抱歉，謝謝你讓我們知道，我們會注意的。”

Room is spacious. More than enough for family (2 adults + 2 kids) The breakfast have lots of variety, plus point have menu for kids corner. Have a big swimming pool with 2 water slide for kids. Next to the Coach premium outlet.

Stayed at Park Royal A'Famosa Melaka, and although it's marketed as a 5-star hotel, the overall experience felt more like 3.5 stars. The facilities are noticeably outdated, and the room cleanliness was not up to standard — it lacked the level of care and attention you’d expect from a high-end hotel. We booked a room for four people, but it was quite cramped. Once the beds were in place, there was barely any room to move around, which made it a bit inconvenient for a family stay. The breakfast leaned heavily towards local Malay cuisine and was just average. Don’t expect a wide or international selection. That said, the hotel pool was the highlight of our stay. It’s well-designed for families with children, and our kids had a great time — definitely a plus point. There’s an outlet mall nearby, but there aren’t many food options or interesting places to eat. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you're just looking for a place to relax and let the kids enjoy the pool. But if you're expecting true 5-star quality and service, you may end up disappointed.

the aircond in room and kids room was not very good. can feel the heat instead coldness. after complaint 2 times , manager agreed to transfer other room. better a bit but still can feel hot. stay 2 nights here happy because of breakfast and pool except kids pool was closed for long period 5 days. while watching the progress veryyy slow and my kids has not chance to play the last day we stay here even original the pool should reopen in that day.

Location mudah dekat dengan afamosa zoo and waterpark yg kita nak pergi ada kemudahan ada shuttle dekat hotel hantar ke Zoo dan waterpark tu tak perlu bawak kereta parking jauh , Tapi elak kan pergi time musim cuti sekolah terlalu ramai nak check in beratur ambi masa 1jam lebih jugak dan nak breakfast beratur panjang jugak utk dapat meja , swimming pool ramai kurang selesa Hotel besar bilik banyak tapi lif kecik sangat macam lif hotel budjet kurang memuaskan lif dia masuk stroller dgn 3-4org dah full Booking utk 4 org tapi dapat towel 2 berus gigi 2 semua nak kena mintak sabun dekat tempat cuci tangan tak ada tisu pon ada dalam bilik air sahaja hmm… kurang memuaskan Buffer Breakfast and Dinner 👍🏻 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had such a pleasant 3D 2N stay at PARKROYAL Melaka. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff were friendly. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and dinner—delicious with plenty of variety. A wonderful experience overall, and I’d love to come back again!

Highlights: 1. Hospitality - 5/5 stars. Some hiccups at the beginning on room booking, but sorted out and had a pleasant stay rest of the holiday. Ms Izza from front desk office offered kind gesture of a dessert plate for the inconvenience my family had. The Manager called me to apologize and wanted to give me some token of appreciation but we left the resort already, however, such hospitality is truly appreciated by a serial hotel stayer like me & family. 2. Food - 4.5/5 stars. Variety and abundance of breakfast foods. Special appearance by pendekar teh tarik makes the whole cuisine experience unique. Had to wake up super early, else no table/ sit outside. I mean of course we woke up early for Fajr prayer but on vacay days, it would be great to not be stressing out about have to rush for breakfast. 3. Room is clean, spacious. The layout of the room is a bit odd as the toilet is literally the first thing being seen upon opening the door. Walls not that thick so can hear people sneezing, talking and tv noise - when they are just a tad loud, not even super loud. 4. This resort is a winner to those who want to explore the Outlet, Safari and Waterworld because it offers free shuttle. Very convenient. The entire resort area is a very beautiful place

Kids friendly hotel Staff semua bagus, even dlm training. Dpt compliment cake lg for birthday even not requesting.. Breakfast pun worth it, byk option including kids area. During check out if kids dpt penuh kn kids pass tu dpt ice cream, cookies. Definitely will come again. Pool pun luas.

Park Royal hotel Melaka is located near to Freeport’s outlet and A farmosa.Staffs are helpful and friendly.swimming pool is beautiful and big.View of the resort is beautiful too.Room is big,comfortable and provides toiletries.breakfast is delicious,lots of variety.Parking is free too.This is my second stay.Will stay again when come to Melaka again.
