The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

Perdana kami menginap disini.. Pelayananannya Luar biasa, dari kary sampai Securitynya ramah semua. Sampai dibilang suami "Ramah2 ya Org disini". Pas check Out Security bilang gini "Hati2 ya ibuk" sambil menundukkan kepala sedikit". Luar biasa pokoknya

Worth every penny!!! 🤩 Bersih, nyaman, sarapan cukup bervariasi. Hotelnya juga disiplin banget dengan peraturannya. Kapan2 ke pekanbaru lagi bakal staycation di sini lagi 🥰
