飯店的衞浴設備老舊 冷氣 衞浴通風口 沐浴乳 加強清潔 餐廳應該多加點蔬菜水果。 工作人員服務態度很好 都會盡量幫忙人 當地的gojek app, 非常容易使用

This is our 1st time to Pekan Baru with new experience staying in Khas Hotel. Very warm hospitality from the team. The room is spacious but they did not provide the mini fridge. So sad😣(to management team- pls take note).We have a issue with the shower but the team managed to settle the problem in a time.Located near to the airport about 20 minutes away.Easy to get Grab/Maxime. On the right side hotel there Makam Pahlawan. And the best thing, RM Pagi Sore is only opposite the hotel🤩

We stay for 2 nights. The hotel is situated at simpang 4. The room comes with buffet breakfast for 2. Beside the restaurant which located at level 1, is a pool where u can dip in. Total floors available r 14 which include the basement carpark n G=Lobby The room rain shower head is good pressure... The air-con is cooling... Using Grab is great where u can order food & transport conveniencely. Location away from airport around 6km. Opposite the best Padang Cuisine=Pagi Sore Best Mall= Living World= around 7km away.

Saya check in jam 15.00 harusnya kamar sudah ready namun pada saat check in ternyata kamar belum siap dan harus nunggu cukup lama dan setelah saya konfirmasi ruangan saya no smoking tapi malah di kasih yang bekas smoking, saat masuk kamar bau rokoknya masih sangat terasa kata receptionisnya udah lama gak di pakai ternyata masih bau rokok, karena masih bau rokok kami call receptionisnya kami bilng masih terasa bau rokoknya katanya iya iya sampe kami check out gak ada layanan kamar yang datang. Semoga kedepan pelayannya lebih on time soalnya jadwah check in jam 14.00 harus kalau saya checkin jam 15.00 ya udh ready.
