房間乾淨，環境舒適，業者服務品質非常好，幾天下來的體驗，非常喜歡，很棒～ 會在回訪！

店家人很好，跟他們反應都會積極處理任何事情，每個人看到都笑臉滿面，感覺會讓人也覺得很開心，民宿也很漂亮

有機場接送的貼心服務、早餐也很好吃，其中一天去跳島還有準備外帶早餐～板娘很親切下次如果來還會再去

離馬公市區15分鐘，還可以接受。早餐好吃，櫃枱人員服務都很好，房間環境乾淨整潔，設備也很新，浴室很大，非常滿意😆

位在山水和鎖港之間的民宿 整體的設計宛如進到國外度假村的感覺 整個步調非常舒服 氛圍感非常好 很推薦大家來住宿！

很有驚喜的民宿，佈置用心，3層高但有電梯👍🏻👍🏻內進即有清淡香氛，似去了泰國高級按摩院。提供早餐，佈置很美！ 房間設備齊全、暖心！衞生五星級水平🤩有小水池及吹氣鴨子，早上亦有雀聲作天然嚮鬧。還有老闆娘細心友善，我們一早出門，她更為我們預備精緻美味的外帶早點，非常感謝她😍是一所非常好的民宿！

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sun Palm B&B. Have written this review in English, but we communicated with them in Chinese. We stayed at this B&B during the tourism off-peak season (March). Service - Amazing. They were very responsive on Line, and quick to reply. They were also helpful with our requests/questions (e.g. fetching service to and fro airport, car rental service, traffic road conditions in Penghu) and were polite. They also gave some advice on what can or cannot be done (e.g. we wanted to cycle around Penghu, but they advised us saying Penghu was too big to travel on a bicycle). The driver was always punctual when picking us up, and when sending us to the airport. In fact, he was already there, with the car ready, minutes before we were supposed to leave for the airport - we didn't even need to remind them. The lady boss was very friendly - when we first arrived, she asked if we were new to Penghu (it was our first time), and she introduced where to explore in Penghu, and what to eat. She also told us that if we wanted to do water activities, we can approach them, and they can make a check with the centres to see if they are open since it was off-peak season for tourist activities. We also had some extra request regarding the check out timing, and she helped us with it too. Before we arrived, they also tested the car we wanted to rent, and upon finding out that it wasn't working as well, they provided us with another car instead - this is certainly good service. They also cleaned up the room upon request, and re-stocked the fridge with drinks. Food - The breakfast was amazing and fresh (see photos). On the first day we had bread + doughstick + egg with spring onion all in one package. It was delicious. On the second day, we had vermicelli and seafood (e.g. squid, prawns). The seafood was really fresh, and the broth was simple and tasty. Each dish was accompanied by fresh fruits / pastry + drink, which was refreshing. Room - We got the Starry Honeymoon Room. It was very spacious, the room was clean, the amenities were in good condition, and the overall design was aesthetically pleasing. The heart pillow on the bed was a cute addition, and the round bed was big enough for 2 of us. Above the bed there was a window covered with a retractable screen - you can actually look into the sky while lying on the bed, really interesting.  Location - While this B&B is further away from the main city, we didn't feel that affected as they provided airport transfer services. Also, we felt that it being away from the hustle and bustle from the city was actually advantageous, as the B&B's location had a more relaxed, quiet, holiday vibes, which was what we were looking for.  There is a 7-11 around 10 minutes from the B&B, so if you need food etc in the middle of the night, you can get it from there. We rented a car, so travelling to other areas wasn't much of an issue. Overall, I will recommend this B&B to anyone looking to tour Penghu! Am glad to have chosen this B&B for our first ever 永安 to Penghu :)
