This was actually my 3rd time to book this hotel. The suite is very comfortable and large. Location is great - right on the main square. The breakfast is great, lots of fresh fruit, eggs, bread and juices. The staff is also very vriendly. They even provide parking very close to the hotel. I would not hesitate to book again! Hightly recommended

This is already my second time to this hotel. The rooms are clean and good. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant on the 11th floor is also very good and relaxing with a great view of the main square. I will be coming back!

The room was great and clean. The restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly. The location was great - right on the town square. It could sometimes be a little noisy but if you had the windows in the room closed it was ok. I even got an IV serum therapy from Dr. Pablo Henao https://drpablohenao.com.co/. He came to the hotel to administer the therapy and was very professional. The only drawback was that there wasn't a pool, only 2 jacuzi's and in order to get to them you had to go through the restaurant. But all in all, a great stay! Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel. Wasn't very pleased with the service received at reception as I needed to pay an extra tax, without realising. And the management were unwilling to resolve my complaint.
