酒店離輕軌站很近，衹有幾分鐘的路程，出行很方便，酒店乾淨衞生，環境不錯，前台服務和餐廳服務員很熱情，值得推薦。

因為櫃枱有說明飯店正在分區整修中，所以有時候設施會看到有些新，有些舊屬於正常，不過整體來說環境是舒適的，健身房非常大，早餐也還行，房間的衞生也打理的不錯。

離本地據説最優秀的榴蓮市場ss2榴蓮市場打車非常方便。早飯很豐富，設施還可以吧，屋頂有游泳池，整體感覺不錯，家庭出行獨家，帶小朋友。

第一天check in説空調壞了，沒有房間，給我們安排到對面的酒店住，第二天説好12點接回來喜來登，結果12:30才到，床上有衹大強，打了三次電話，30分鐘後才開處理，空調像20年的拖拉機，靠近馬路，非常不隔音，簡直相剋

房間不錯，地處熱鬧的市區，周邊很多吃飯的地方！房間很安靜，很乾凈！是附近中性價比最高的五星級酒店，早餐很豐富

設施：23年重新裝修，設施還可以。 服務：服務還算不錯👍🏻，服務員大部份都是本土人為主，也有中文服務生，當然是在Yue中餐館，中餐館出品的菜式也很不錯，不過湯比較大份，我以為一位湯就是一人份量很少的，誰知道一上來像面盆一樣這麼大，幸好我冇點其他東西了否則這一個湯已經很飽🤣🤣 早餐的餐廳品種很豐富，中餐印度餐西餐品種都有，住了三天，每天都喜歡吃湯粉。不過最後一天嘅早餐很不幸在南瓜沙律那裡發現了有頭髮😓 房間不是很大，但一個人住很合適，唯一不好的就是隔音比較差，外面就是主要幹道，來往的車聲比較大。 交通需要自己有車比較好酒店提供免費停車，酒店一層有個日本超市和日本餐廳，步行過去Plaza 33商場大概10至15分鐘，也有一些其他的中餐館。

Great location and easily accessible by Grab. I arrived in KL much earlier than expected and reached the hotel at 5am. The staff mentioned that check-in was possible from 8am, but with an additional charge of RM150. Since I didn’t want to pay the extra fee, I waited in the lobby until 10am. When I finally got a room, I was told I could either have a single bed with a bathtub or a twin bed without one. Since I needed two beds, I had no choice but to take the twin room and forgo the bathtub option — even though I had booked a twin with a bathtub. After a long journey and with appointments to attend, I couldn’t wait any longer. I had requested early check-in via 永安 beforehand, but the hotel said they never received the request. Despite the inconvenience and mix-up with the booking, there was no apology or gesture from the hotel. To make things worse, since I booked through 永安, I also didn’t earn any Marriott points for this stay. While I understand early check-in is subject to room availability, the overall experience was very disappointing. Other than that, room was spacious and clean. Toilet was a little small though.

Though location is not near to any food street or shopping but I like the quietness of the environment. There is a monorail station nearby and easily accessible to other parts of KL thru this way. Next to the hotel, there's a Gigi coffee and a Japanese convenient stall. Room is spacious and most important clean and tidy. All amenities provided and ironing equipment also have. Breakfast buffet is a plus. Foods variety excellent. A lot of choices to choose from the buffet table. Will come back again.

酒店設施還是可以的，本來是可以給到全五分，但當日的前台實習生服務丟分了，先是要求收取10馬幣的旅遊税（訂單本來已付過），跟永安確認後反饋可以退，去前台找結果還跟我扯，後面他們經理過來後才處理好。這個實習生開始跟人講話就態度不太友好，眼神和説話充滿着不屑，讓人感覺很有種族歧視，後面反饋給永安，酒店事後也打來電話道歉，態度是不錯，給他們説了這個不是錢的問題，而且你的服務管理或培訓不行，酒店設施還是不錯的，樓下也有專人指引，辦理入住在3樓，位置可能就是周邊吃飯不很方便，酒店房間熱水有點燙，房間的設施也不錯，衹能説是這次服務拉低了他們的評分。

Sheraton Hotel Petaling Jaya – Honest Review I booked 4 rooms for a recent stay. Overall, the experience was mixed. Rooms: 3.5/5. One room had no floor drain in the bathroom, which is a basic expectation. The other three had drainage, but water pooled around the toilet area—poor design or maintenance. Pool: Basic. Nothing special, just functional. Parking: Too small for larger vehicles like SUVs. Tight and inconvenient. Breakfast: 4/5. Good spread and decent quality. One of the stronger points. Staff: Excellent service throughout. Friendly, fast, and professional. 5/5. Lift: Only confusing, the system isn’t intuitive for first-time guests. Sheraton PJ has strengths in service and food, but room and facility issues affect comfort. Worth considering, but don’t expect perfection.
