地點可以，需要開車 就是停車場轉暈了，太高，時常進出的話有點麻煩 房間可以，乾淨。 入住方法清楚簡單。

很乾凈的房間，對有車的人也很方便。安靜的空間，該有的都有。唯一需要提醒的是，因為房間大半"牆面"是玻璃，雖然可以拉上不透光的窗簾，但還是有的部分（例如廚房電爐旁邊）遮不完全，會有縫隙，讓早上的陽光“太早”透進來叫醒你：P。若是很需要私隱，可能也不是太適合的房間。但其他都很好。

房東很負責任，提前一週就加微信和我取得了聯繫，全程中文服務，取房卡停車卡，入戶流程都很詳細，民宿環境乾淨，戶型不錯，周邊的配套也很豐富，有超市餐廳酒館。下次來大馬也會依然預訂！

位置很好，旁邊靠着the school by jaya one，有很多好吃的。7樓有游泳池。 房間裏的東西很齊全，有洗衣機冰箱電視等等，跟回到家一樣。唯一美中不足的地方是有時候會有蚊子

Basic facilities are good. Comfortable beds and sofa. The apartment is a short walk from a decent sized supermarket and lots of restaurants and eateries. Very convenient for us. The kids enjoy the swimming pool and play area on level 9M.

1. Please check the upstairs bedroom air-conditioner, as it is not cooling properly and has been making me sleepless. 2. Please provide tissue paper instead of toilet paper in the dining area. 3. Overall, the experience is good, but parking is extremely difficult to find, both when entering and exiting. Kindly inform the management to add more signage to make it easier.

Perfect location for a training event across the road. However, did not make it for the 永安 as travel plan changed. Hotel operator was helpful and constantly reaching out, but no refund as it has passed the cancellation period.

Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this gem if you're looking for a stay that combines comfort, care, and a genuine sense of peace.
