位置很好，旁邊靠着the school by jaya one，有很多好吃的。7樓有游泳池。 房間裏的東西很齊全，有洗衣機冰箱電視等等，跟回到家一樣。唯一美中不足的地方是有時候會有蚊子

Basic facilities are good. Comfortable beds and sofa. The apartment is a short walk from a decent sized supermarket and lots of restaurants and eateries. Very convenient for us. The kids enjoy the swimming pool and play area on level 9M.

1. Please check the upstairs bedroom air-conditioner, as it is not cooling properly and has been making me sleepless. 2. Please provide tissue paper instead of toilet paper in the dining area. 3. Overall, the experience is good, but parking is extremely difficult to find, both when entering and exiting. Kindly inform the management to add more signage to make it easier.

Everything is perfect. My fussy little sister said she approved it all. We sleep soundly. We even manage to cook and laundry. Thanks Jenny, our host! Guess we'll meet each other again 😍

Location-wise, it’s right above Motorplex PJ, but not close to any public transport stations. The studio has a strong artificial clean scent that hits you as soon as you step in, it’s quite overpowering at first. Only toilet paper is provided; you’ll need to bring everything else yourself. The windows face the car park complex, so you’ll want to keep the curtains closed unless you’re okay with people potentially watching you inside the room.

Perfect location for a training event across the road. However, did not make it for the 永安 as travel plan changed. Hotel operator was helpful and constantly reaching out, but no refund as it has passed the cancellation period.

Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The amenities were spot on, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. Whether I was enjoying a quiet morning coffee or winding down after a long day, this place offered the perfect retreat. The host was also fantastic—responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this gem if you're looking for a stay that combines comfort, care, and a genuine sense of peace. Feel like home....clean n comfortable...I love this place .very good ...thanks to Jenny for hosting me from arrival till discharge..all nearby ..u can shop around at Jaya One, AEON Big...I just did my pedicure 2 mins away from this place... excellent...I never miss my home...as I felt I'm.still at home enjoying my business 永安 , foodie n me time...
