It’s alright, good for a night’s stay. Conveniently located near the LRT station, a convenience store, and a café, so everything is within reach. The only downside was during check-in — the staff on duty was out for dinner and asked me to wait for his return. Luckily, another staff member was around and kindly let me wait inside.

My stay was 4 nights, The front desk told me that only can call house keeping at 3rd day, what a shock !! Does it means even anyone checkout 1 night, no house keeping at all? The cleaner worst quality. Very Disappointed this round compare to my previous round stay here. Previously was good with local front desk and cleaner. This round all hired foreigners. The bathroom worst with dirt stain at 4 corners.

Good location within walking distance from Kelana Jaya Station. Room is clean and decent for the price. Sound proofing is less satisfying you can hear your neighbors phone content.

Overall really love it.. Their services tiptop.. Got iron, hair dryer, water heater, TV, aircond, mineral water, tissue, cup and coffee, reusable toothbrush, soap, towels.. Sooo good.. Really recommended..

Hotel location was accessible but overall room conditions is average and the pillows are not on its best condition in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and freshness. The aircon was cold enough but the room privacy build is average as the soundproof was bad during talking in the room while during on the corridor, guest can hear the other room talking as well. There’s lesser options/ TV channel as well. But kudos on the welcome presentation on the beds with towels made of swan during check in. Overall experience was satisfactory and value in terms of price.

They said there was no staff at the counter after 10pm…but there was a problem with the room card so I waited for 45 minutes at lobby！ Then I saw the staff coming out of the room on the first floor！！ Got staff at hotel why want customer wait 45min at lobby？ After 10pm lobby no fan no aircond，very hot！Everything is fine but I hope there is emergency service.. Another branch has staff why not here?
