一次荒謬與糟糕的入住體驗。 check in 時被前台告知，因他們的系統問題，房間已被over booking，所以沒有辦法提供我已付款訂購的房間。前台提供的解決方法是我需要再額外繳費 RM100升級為雙床房。好在最後經過協商與安排之後還是成功的無需繳費額外費用入住酒店。但提供的房間卻是卻十分糟心。第一次提供的房間床單也沒有鋪好，地板黏黏的。第二次更換的房間則是冰箱沒辦法運作，廁所的排氣扇也是壞的，天花板也沒關好。沒有提供任何餐具，地板也是黏黏的。走路可到隔壁的商場，但目前該商場入住的商家還很少，可以逛的地方和餐館較少。

房間很新很整齊，和照片符合，就是地板好像沒抹過，赤腳走的話腳板會黑黑，除了這個其他都不錯。位置不算很方便，但是樓下就有一間小超市。開車的話有提供室內收費停車場，還算方便。這個價位租到這樣的公寓很值得。

入住體驗：舒適現代但周邊配套不足這次入住的公寓式酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。房間非常乾淨整潔，設施嶄新，因為是新建好的，衞生方面絕對無可挑剔，整體裝修簡潔現代，居住體驗很舒適。不過需要注意的是，周邊環境目前還比較荒涼，樓下衹有一間小型超市，購買日常用品還算方便，但想要吃飯或選擇更多食物的話，就必須開車出去。建議入住前多帶一些零食或方便食品，以免晚上餓肚子。另外，由於住戶較多，電梯等待時間較長，尤其是早晚高峯時段。如果趕時間，建議提前安排退房，儘量避開人羣集中的時段。總的來説，如果你追求乾淨、現代的住宿環境，並且不介意周邊暫時不夠便利，這裏還是一個不錯的選擇。適合自駕出行、喜歡安靜的旅客。

酒店位置上算是鬧中帶靜，衹是出進口不是很方便。還有停車是另外收費的。樓下的商場還沒完裝修好，應該是要等到2026 年了吧。房間裏的裝修就一般般，除此之外這家酒店性價比是非常高的。

I recently stayed at Paxtonz Mana Mana Suites and it was amazing! The suites were super clean, and the customer service was top-notch-the staff were so friendly and helpful. Honestly, it's one of the best places I've ever stayed. The only bummer was that I couldn't find the gym, which was a big reason I booked it. But overall, I loved my stay and would totally come back next time I'm in Malaysia.

I’ve stayed here three times now under Mana Mana Suites, and each visit has been a great experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern and comfortable vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth every time. Definitely one of the best places to stay I keep coming back because it never disappoints!

New suites. The room is clean and big. Nice interior especially the 3 lounges. The pool is big and open until 10 pm. There is no shop nearby except the bila bila. This area is still under construction. Access to the area is confusing.

When I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, somewhat fishy, like the floor had been mopped without any detergent. I even had to spray Febreze on the floor to make it more bearable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning also emitted an unpleasant odor. The location is also a little bit tricky. Luckily, they do provide body shower, hair shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels and smart TV.

Overall for us excellent, easy to eccess to everywhere. The place we stayed was clean, comfortable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still feeling like peaceful retreat. Can’t say much as we stayed only for one night and didn’t have any time to venture out but the place worth saving, all the utensils are complete, can cook there, expensive view, affordable house, beautiful, simple and also great. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or gateway with friends, this is the perfect place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Love it…
