The room is nice and very spacious. Aircond is cold and there’s also a ceiling fan. It’s well-equipped with an induction cooker, pan, microwave, fridge and Tv (honestly very good value for what I paid!) However, when I checked in around 8.20pm, the floor was still a bit wet. Other than that, everything was fine and comfortable. Definitely will come again! Just a note: the road to the parking area is quite confusing and parking costs RM6 per day. Deposit was RM100 (should be RM200).

這家酒店位置上有點偏，進口不是很好找。這是一家新開的酒店，房間裏裝修一般般性價比卻是非常高。停車還要另外付費就有點説不過去了。

I had a pleasant stay the room was well-equipped and comfortable, with everything I needed. It really felt like home. The only small downsides were that the soundproofing could be improved and during peak hours, the lift waiting time was quite long. No free parking btw. Overall, still a very satisfying and cozy experience.

This property is actually a small apartment converted into a hotel. The surrounding area is still under heavy construction — even the road leading to the G-level lobby is not yet completed. The dedicated shopping mall for this building is also still being built, which adds to the unfinished feel of the location. Entering the premises was quite confusing, especially as a first-time visitor. I tried calling the reception several times for clear directions, but no one answered. Instead, I was told to follow instructions sent via WhatsApp, which were vague and not very helpful. The lift is extremely slow and struggles to accommodate guests across the 30-storey building, causing unnecessary waiting time. To add to the experience, during registration, I witnessed staff members arguing openly at the lobby — not something you’d expect or want to see in a hospitality setting. Room is new and big to accomodate me, wife & my 3 kids. Has small kitchen complete with appliances for cooking.
