The hotel room is good with a window and has a bathroom attached. Location is nearby to Atria mall where there are lot of eating shops and restaurants. Though the hotel is away from city centre. Staff Md Numan helped me to take printouts. I recommend for the stay if you are staying near Kuala Lumpur

The room and bathroom are clean and big enough for me as 1 person travel. Atria mall and many restaurants nearby. Laundry room is beside the hotel. Parking spot can be hard to find during dinner time as many people dine in nearby.

I booked two rooms at the Damansara Jaya branch and checked in at 11 p.m. Upon arrival, I was informed that the rooms were faulty and the hotel was fully booked. No one had contacted me earlier to make alternative arrangements, so we were forced to move to the nearest branch in Sunway at that late hour. Unfortunately, the Sunway branch was old and poorly maintained. The room conditions were unacceptable: there were not enough towels for a two‑person room, the television was not working, and both the water heater and shower head stand were unstable. This posed a safety hazard, as the equipment could have failed while we were showering. If I am being honest, my overall rating for this experience is 0 out of 5.

房間氣味很大，大無法睡覺…幸好後來換了房間，有些基本用具也沒有（比如牙具、拖鞋、熱水壺），電梯還是壞的，上樓梯很費勁，隔音也不好，以後不會再來了

This new Swing & Pillows branch beside Atria Shopping Mall is a good choice for budget-conscious travelers. It is surrounded by plenty of eateries, cafes, stores and shops. The accommodation was basic but clean and comfortable; the only drawbacks were the smell from the recent refurbishment and the non-functioning lift. Roadside parking is available.
