開門一瞬間 卡一放 燈不亮 還以為啥問題來着 原來是不懂哪個b歪把大閘給關了 我敲 還沒發現大閘關了之前想着打電話看前台有沒有人 打了兩次沒人接 然後去前台也沒人 這地方前台不是24小時的 然後床單還有些洗不掉的不明液體 比我手掌還要大 重點是 是有倆不止是一個 我真服了

物超所值: 酒店的價格與提供的服務和設施相符，性價比高. 地理位置: 酒店的位置便利，便於探索周邊景點。 清潔度: 酒店的清潔工作，環境衞生良好. 員工表現: 員工的服務態度和專業程度獲得了好評. 設施: 雖然設施評分略低於其他方面，但酒店的設施足夠滿足基本需求. 總體而言，哥打白沙羅探索者H精品酒店是一家值得推薦的酒店，尤其適合注重地理位置和性價比的旅客.

Overall, the stay was great. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and well-maintained. It was still comfortable and definitely worth it for the price, no real complaints.

Location is good but the room is too small and the bed like too damaged

The location is good as it's near the convenience stores, restaurants and even pharmacies. The room is REALLY small. The hallway carpets are also mostly stained. For this price, I'd expect a bit higher quality room conditions. The self-service kiosk is ok but not the best. When I checked out, the cash is finished and I had to go to the reception a couple of times. I think it should be made possible to check in/out in BOTH ways, via the kiosk or at the reception. However, the front desk person is helpful. Overall it's not bad, but given the room conditions, I think the price is a bit high.  

The water heater in my room did not get hot enough. It was very disappointing to have a cold shower after a long day. The bed frame in my room was broken and made a lot of noise. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Location is good, you can have food every where. But! misleading in booking system. I selected the room type with window and city view, but since it is a self check in, only a number to call, but was told that all room has no window.  Check in with kiosk, and I need to re-check in every day, in order to get my room card. But need to call them, then they will remote access to the kiosk, key in all the username and password, which is very insecure, coz everybody can see it. My room is 208, they wrongly give me the 308 room card at the kiosk, then when I call up again, they just simply give me my room card… they didn’t check which room I actually stay? How insecure it is! When I go to check out today, and want to claim back my deposit at the kiosk. The system shows that my deposit was claimed. I called up the number again, she said I already claimed at 7am. I was still sleep on that time, how I claimed it? Then I request to have the CCTV record, then she just pass back the deposit to me thru the kiosk, omg… what is going on? It is very dangerous hotel. I feel very insecure and unsafe. Will not stay again.

I have stayed here several times, and every time I come to KD from out of state, I choose this hotel. The room space is just right, and the overall feeling is very comfortable.

Hotel is within 5 minutes walk from Surian MRT station and Tropicale Garden Mall, and is opposite Sunway Giza Mall. There are also numerous eateries in the vicinity (there's a Koi Tea store in the same block, just a few stores away). My room is small and windowless but it's clean and comfortable, and the price is very competitive. WiFi is also stable (I managed to watch YouTube videos at 720p or 1080p with no issues.) There's a water dispenser at the reception so there's no need to buy bottled water if you have your own bottle. Please take note that the reception is manned only from 9am to 5pm.

The management is less of amenities, i.e. the management just open my room without any knocking or "room service" call remind . (The door just opened like that and I was playing hp on my bed!) Second time, same thing happens again, this time the management is with "room service" call remind, but I replied NO THANK YOU, the guy still try to open the door ,the action just stop when I slap the door heavily. The management is RUDE! Imagine if you was on fitting what is the consequence
