樓上是健身房，晚上可以聽到丟槓鈴的聲音！設備老舊，窗戶故障不能關上！地板和牆壁很髒，訂兩晚的房間，第二天下午被鎖門，也沒有清潔房間和換毛巾⋯

這家酒店是在樓上的，環境還可以，挺乾淨的。就是有點小，有窗但不能打開。這邊的酒店很多都沒窗的，相對來説還可以

On second day we stay. We was request for makeup room and thanks Allah the staff clean it perfectly. The floor really clean. And the issue here only for parking. But overall oklah.

For first stay is very disappointed because no towel...no pillow sheet. Maybe they forgot and we need to ask over n over again. The floor was really dust and have sand.. I need to clean it all by myself. Staff actually ok friendly but the cleanliness need to improve.

the only thing I would like to comment is the wifi service outside the room is terrible, even trying to connect near the wifi router would not make my phone connected. But anything else, other than the location far from MRT station, is good and I enjoyed it

If possible to see more improvement next time. Location is near my work place..just booked for staff. Small hotel but comfortables & affordable for the price...suitable for travellers & for work stay.. There is near by starbuck coffee shop just in front of the hotel and lots of restaurant near by..also there is shopping mall just aroynd corner(about 1km). Also near by Golf club...One utama shopping mall is around 2-3km from the hotel.

I booked superior twin bed room but told by receptionist that no room reserved, hotel fully booked and left only double bed room. Super regret not asking refund on spot and I proceed to checked in. However the room condition is so bad until I book another hotel immediately at midnight then moved out, double costing now! Well.. super super budget traveller may consider but I believe nearby the area you will able to get similar or cheaper prices with better room quality than here.

不想多説了， 毛巾，床單呢都是N年的吧。 環境真的一般般，雖然價錢便宜， 可以簡陋但請不要臟。 😢 要不是臨時找不到車子， 真的想要放棄入住的。 房間小也沒多大關係。
