Hotel room is clean, however its clearly old. Old towels, only 1 pillow per person, no kettle even though there are coffee and mugs, no milk. Hallway carpets are dirty. Cigarette buds on the carpet in the conference hall. Buffet is below average, not enough food for everyone. Service at the hotel-restaurant is terrible and more expensive than others, be prepared to wait 50min for a kebab, only to receive a wrap and then being told that’s what I ordered and that’s what I need to eat.

服務很差，尋問幾次有沒有梳子和刮鬍刀供應，都得到不同答案，最後直接回答酒店不供應。另外想要多一瓶礦泉水也是要收費的。早餐很差，尤其是沙啦蔬菜很不新鮮。服務態度也不友好。總之，該酒店如果𣎴是公司活動的話，儘量不要選擇，

Our unplanned 永安, but our stay was pleasant .. we have problem with our personal internet connection and the problem solved with the help / assistance from the manager. Thank You Sir. It’s was raining and we had our lunch at the hotel. The food was simple and tasty. We also spent our time at the cafe and been recommended for violet cake! Marvellous.. ❤️

The staff provided good service; they allowed me to change room. But the rooms are very old and run down. There were ants under the glass table Top and I have to kill some of them everyday. The location was bad and there aren’t any eateries and malls nearby

Not a Muslim friendly hotel Near Amcorp mall and lrt stations (Asia Jaya & Taman Jaya). Has vending machines at the parking lot. From parking to hotel lobby do not have lift for customers.
