房間的風格是古典歐洲，由於年代很久，缺乏維護，所以看起來非常舊。馬桶下面有點臟，跟前台説了，好像也沒處理，可能污跡太難處理了。浴缸有點舊，有點破損，還發黴，這家酒店要持續經營，肯定要來個大裝修。房間還提供一次性用品，感覺還行。 早餐還不錯，第一天早上人特別多，很難找到位子坐。 房間裏有綠色卡片，我沒看清楚上面內容，以為是要通知保潔人員打掃就掛在門口後就出門，結果晚上回來發現卡片是表示不需要打掃，這有點迷惑😂

入住時間註明是下午三時，但我在二時左右到達，酒店員工很有禮貌解釋，並嘗試提早騰出房間給我。另外，由於我是第一次入住這區及這間酒店，當我重覆詢問附近的情況，員工亦耐心回答，令我非常感謝。

Upon check in a staff by the name of Shaffiq attended to us with friendliness, warmth and grace.  We were upgraded to an executive club room from a club room. The room was very spacious but the sofa and chairs in the sitting room were very uncomfortable. We had a hard time sitting on them. They were too deep and had no back support. The mini bar was not replenished daily. The full set of towels were not replaced when the room was cleaned. We had to call for replacement. I think the efficiency of the housekeeping has to be improved, although they always brought whatever we requested over the phone very quickly. The point is, if they had done their job properly we would not have to call them to bring us the towels etc. There should be more varieties of food for breakfast. We stayed for 1 week and the choices never changed. You should really have a rotation of choice of food. The pillows were, although made of natural materials, were too large and high. I coul not get support for my neck and did not have a good sleep for the duration of my stay.  Apart from that, the staff, from the door man, reception, restaurants, housekeeping were all excellent. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and rooms were good, too. I would come back to the hotel but the thought of sleeping with the pillows supplied, is keeping me away.

酒店服務真是超出預期，前台小姐姐很貼心，還主動幫忙升級了房型。客房服務響應快，叫一次打掃馬上就有人來。工作人員態度都很友善，有賓至如歸的感覺，強烈推薦！

Terrible. Cleanliness - is lower than 3stars hotel. even have private part hair in bathtub, disgusting. pillow got stain, chair is unclean. Hygiene - me, my wife n son all wake up with whole body itchy and skin rashes. TV - at least 2 decades old. Staff - Rude google map shows 5stars hotel but it is not. i rate 3 stars max. Please don't come with family. for solo business work it is still acceptable but there are a lot of choices nearby.

Night receptionist were really friendly and nice. This morning only a male Chinese staff was working. Showed the typical Chinese black face like he was suppose to have his rest day but had to work. Very bad body language. Generally the hotel is old, amnesties were very limited, the breakfast area was small and limited as well. The staff’s at the breakfast area had communication problems with China tourist, didn’t seek for help or use anything for translation, showed bad body language due their incompetence as well. Hotel can be 5 stars, but service is below acceptable, maybe acceptable for a 3 star hotel
