Overall, my stay was good and comfortable. The service and facilities were generally satisfying. However, housekeeping needs some improvement. For example, the kettle in my room had a broken lid, which should have been highlighted and replaced before guests checked in. The room could also use some refurbishment to keep it looking fresh and well-maintained.

The room is big and spacious. Near to LRT station. The price is reasonable. We ate at the hotel cafe and got 20% discount which is special offer for hotel guest.

Kebersihan, lokasi dan servis bagus. Bilik pun luas. Juz, untuk kemudahan hanya berus gigi sahaja tidak disediakan. Yang lain2 ada. Bangku depan meja cermin pn tiada sbb tgk dlm gambar ada. Hilang suda. Lagi satu berkenaan bantal. Ada 4 bantal, hnya 1 shj yg masih gebu dan selesa untuk dibuat tidur. Lagi 3, sepatutnya sudah ditukar dgn yang baru sebab dah tak sesuai untuk dibuat tidur. Lagi sakit kepala lagi ada. Jadi, hrp pihak hotel dpt tukarkan kepada yg baru utk keselesaan para pelanggan di masa depan. Terima kasih.

2nd time staying here. Is alright for the price and the room is big . What I don’t like with this hotel is the playing of music at the lift lobby of every floor. If your room is near to the lift, you can hear the music even inside the room. This time round the housekeeper don’t know for what reason cover up the toilet drain cover. I did not realise it till showering and found the toilet flooded as water could not flow.

The location of this hotel is walking distance to the Asiajaya lrt station. I got my room upgraded to the premier room. The room is spacious and clean. Everything in the room is in good order except for the sink. It was slighly blocked causing the water to go down very slowly. As I was staying just for a night, I did not fuss over it. Aside from that, I also requested for additional bottles of water as they only provided 2 bottles. Had to request 2 times before they finally sent over.

Our first room was not very clean, spotted a cockroach in the toilet but managed to change room and the second room was much better. Rooms and passenger lift are spacious, lobby is clean and service is wonderful. Lovely view of KL city from our room as well.
