check in很快，到酒店已經深夜，前台服務依然主動熱情。房間寬敞，床品舒服，早餐豐富，馬來餐，西餐都有，好像中餐不多，但都好吃。隔壁是商場，還有個lotus超市，很方便

房間很寬敞，凌晨到酒店前台接待也很耐心，還很貼心地告訴了我，可以點宵夜，餐車也能直接推到房間很方便。 衞生也很好，洗手間乾濕分離，洗手枱也很乾凈，床上用品也很舒適乾淨。服務人員也都很有禮貌。 總體來説很滿意

One of my favorites hotel for Marriot brand hotel. I made a summary here: 1. Service was just ok only. 2. Location is close to mall. 3. Price of the hotel is reasonable, as I get great offer in the merdeka month. 4. Comfort room and facility. 5. Breakfast was a lot of choice but limited serve, weird 6. Hotel is old a bit but things still new 7. Bad thing is complementary parking is only once per entry, if you stay long hours just park and waive it when discharge. Overall if I pay the price the thing I get is reasonable, hope they can improve on the customer servicing.

The lobby is located on the first floor, slightly different from usual hotels. Room is nice , clean, big enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of bottled water. Infinity pool is at the roof top

Pros: 1. The front desk staff was very good and friendly. He listened to my requests carefully and made sure they were granted. 2. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortably fitting 3–4 people. There were plenty of compartments and switches, soundproof walls, and a smart TV (great for connecting a laptop and streaming content), though ASTRO was also available. 3. The location is highly convenient — directly connected to Paradigm Mall. You just go down to floor CC and turn left, and you’re there. Cons: 1. The air-conditioning took a very long time to cool. Even at 18°C, it stayed underwhelming for almost an hour. We reported it, and the technician came quickly, which was appreciated. However, the issue still persisted until much later when we returned to the room. 2. Room service was extremely expensive, with prices ranging from RM40 to over RM100 for a relatively simple menu. 3. Breakfast was disappointing. While there was variety (local and western dishes like cauliflower cheese, charcuterie, rendang, sambal, Indian selections, and roti canai), many dishes were overly salty, heavy, and unbalanced. Even the roti canai was very hard. 4. Parking was a real letdown. The hotel lift is on the opposite side, forcing us to cross through the motorcycle area, which felt unsafe. To make matters worse, the crossing point is right next to the entry gate, adding to the risk. Overall: The stay had its good points ,especially the friendly front desk service, spacious room, and direct mall access, but was held back by underwhelming facilities like the air-conditioning, overpriced room service, poor breakfast, and problematic parking. With some improvements, this hotel could deliver a much better guest experience.

1. Cant not request for Honeymoon or anniversary like Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu Sabah, they gave free cake upon arrival sis ni cerewet tau, kalau tak nice, comfirm2 rating tak cantik,sebab sini tak boleh request macam hotel2 lain 2. Malam ada gangguan bunyi (walaupun dah dimaklumkan akan ade gangguan tapi kata pagi je bunyi construction tu) 3. Best sebab ade unlimited salmon, kalau takde ni. Memang I rating tak nice hahaha 4. Betul2 sebelah Paradigm Mall, kalau mcm Le Meridien Putrajaya sebelah dengan IOI Mall, kalau Sabah punye outlet. Dekat dengan Centre Point, tapi I prefer Imago lah. Sekian, ulasan daripada saya Tu bunga2 semua saya add sendiri. Beli kt pasar seni je, sepeket rm10 banyak dapat, tapi lepas mandi kutip sendiri ler buang dalam tong sampah, jangan susahkan cleaner
