費城中心希爾頓逸林酒店 (DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City)

位於費城市中心，性價比最高。離市政廳近也就幾百米，這麼大一棟樓後面再定一晚全部滿房了，我就直接回國了！給的是小套房，服務nice！我信用卡丟了，居然幫我找回封好！

Good location for visiting most attractions. Clean, comfortable rooms. Onsite marketplace is handy for basic breakfast and snacks.

房間很大，床單被罩乾淨，睡覺舒服。就在市政廳旁邊。費城開車不方便，走路很方便。停車場很多，就是收費且不便宜。忘了拍照了，但房間比國內的標間大，比豪華間也大點。

位置非常好，酒店設施有點舊了，但房間裏面毛巾床單還挺乾淨，有洗衣機，游泳池，健身房，五樓有電梯直通停車場六樓，但需要自己去發現，總之住的還算滿意

Was a good experience. A little disappointed on room service as it closes at 10pm .. The welcome cookies were awesome !!! Over all it was a good experience

We loved our stay and would gladly come again! This was a very last minute 永安, and we managed to get a very good rate for this hotel. We had no idea what to expect, and we found it to be one of the nicer hotels in its price range that we’ve stayed at! Our room was very clean and cozy with a beautiful panoramic view. While the furnishings weren’t brand new, they feel clean and definitely updated in recent years. Air and water purifiers in the room was a plus, as well as a very secure door lock — provides much peace of mind to solo travelers. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods and was good! Not the best hotel breakfast we’ve had, but one that we felt very much satisfied with. A warm cookie at check-in was also a plus!🙂 We had a great time here and hope to come again.

一開始入住的房間好像是壞的，裏面都沒有垃圾桶，可能入住時間有點早，後來在外面逛了一圈回去要求前台給換了一個房間，整體房間不大，稍微有點老舊。送的曲奇餅乾味道還不錯👍

매우 불친절하고 무례한 직원들 덕분에 다시는 안 올 예정. 위치하나만 보고 선택했는데 다른것들은 다 무나뇌 이해해도 직원서비스는 0점

We inadvertantly booked 永安 instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, "it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm." We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that "because you're third party....." Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were "third party." I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were "third party." Well, the "guaranteed" time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were "third party" and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were "third party", apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.

整體美國同級別酒店尤其在這種大城還是不如國內的水平。這個地理位置很方便，附近有酒吧，有各種飯店，也有小超市來買東西。停車附近有停車樓。衹不過小路都是單行線。北美都市特色
