Terrible Service & Zero Help at Check-Out Honestly, this was the most unpleasant hotel experience ever, Ive never had this kind of issue before in other hotel, especially with the staff. You'd think people in the hospitality business would be polite and helpful, right? Wrong! This place was a total blast of rudeness. The nightmare started when we called for a cart to the pier. The staff actually said, "NO, IT'S NOT POSSIBLE, you have to call 1 hour in advance for early check-out and the cart." I was stunned! They never told us that policy when we checked in. I went straight to reception to clear it up and asked why this wasn't mentioned earlier. They just kept repeating, "It's our policy. The next cart is in an hour." I was panicking because my boat left in 30 minutes! I had two huge 20 kg bags—how was I supposed to walk 15–20 minutes to the pier with all that? The worst part? They wouldn't even apologize. They just kept saying "No staff available." Meanwhile, I saw two staff guys chilling on a couch right there in their hotel uniform, and two empty carts were parked outside! I was totally drained, stressed, and overwhelmed. When I finally realized they weren't going to lift a finger, I told them, "Fine, I'll just write a review about how unhelpful you were and how you fail to inform guests." And guess what? Instead of saying sorry, the staff snapped back, "OKAY, JUST GIVE THE REVIEW AS YOU WANT." WOW. I work in hospitality, and we would do anything to avoid a complaint. Their attitude was unbelievable. Now I totally understand why this beautiful property only has a 3-star rating. Oh, the water from the bidets was totally smelly and (AGAIN) at breakfast, they just ask for your room number—no greetings, no smiles. So. You decide! Enjoy the worst hospitality ever!

其實就是一個新建的小簡易樓，但也是一次最失敗的住宿，陽台非常小，陽台外面堆積着各種沙石建築垃圾，毫不誇張的講最恐怖的是隨處可見都那種半手大的蟑螂，夜間衞生間床底亂串，也沒有服務人員呼叫，最終晚上還是換了酒店住宿。非常差評，打死不會再住了。

For the price the room is not bad, the location is a little far from the night market. Our rooms was in mountains a bit, if you are young in not difficult to live there. But was a lot of mosquitoes in the night cause was mountainous area, but the problems wasn’t the mosquitoes but drunk Russians couples who was till the morning fighting.

เป็นการเข้าเกาะครั้งแรกในชีวิตกับแฟนสนุกมากแต่เดินขึ้นเขาเหนื่อยไปหน่อยห้องพักอยู่ไกลได้ห้องวิวไม่ค่อยสวยแต่รวมๆแล้วก็โอเคพนักงานให้คำแนะนำดีต้อนรับดีถึงแม้เราจะเป็นคนไทย

Не первый раз останавливаемся в данном отеле. В это раз заселили в новый корпус. Что приятно заселили раньше на два часа. Завтраки по системе шведский стол. Конечно слабоваты но это не главное!) 5 баллов надеюсь когда нибудь вернемся)) лет так через 10 Пхи-Пхи ❤️

Great hotel & location a little bit away from the hustle & bustle of the port area...beautiful little stretch of beach to walk out to & have a relaxing time at. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to give this hotel another go around my next time in the islands.

Отель не очень понравился В номере комары и работники ничего с этим не делают  Бассейн красивый, но супер странный, в нем невозможно плавать тк там много ступенек

Wir fanden das Hotel sehr gut gelegen, wir haben gerne Ruhe und laufen dann lieber ein Stück da wir auch gut zu Fuß unterwegs sind . Das Personal ist wie überall in Thailand sehr freundlich. An dem Frühstück kann man noch arbeiten, grade für vegetarische Kunden eher wenig zu finden. Wem allerdings Toast mit Marmelade, Müsli und Joghurt reicht . Ist auch als vegetarische Person in dem Hotel gut aufgehoben. auf der Insel selbst gibt es aber auch zahlreiche andere Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken oder essen zu gehen. Auch für vegetarischen Vegane Kost.

關鍵是房間預訂錢也付了，夜裡歷經千辛萬苦才找到，酒店居然鎖起來沒有任何人！打電話也沒人接！我和女兒兩個人在外面凳子上被蚊子🦟叮的全身都是疙瘩，凍得發抖。直到早晨6點才來上班，一點都無所謂説送我們個免費早餐！由於語言不通也很無奈！但想起來他們太拿遊客的生命安全不當回事了，萬一發生意外，鎖🔒從外面鎖起來，試問大家誰能跑的了？
