房間味道很重，牆皮脱落，房間不隔音，主要是床上 床下陷 枕頭髮黃 被子有污點，床上被子上全是毛啥毛都有。前台服務不錯給找車位耐心講解，中文不錯

The staff just doesn't care at this hotel. Stayed 2 nights but they didn't clean up our room. We asked for towels and water, they did bring the water but not the towels. When we asked for the towels again they said the housekeeping is off duty.

My stay was wonderful. The hotel service was exceptional friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities were top notch with a clean and modern room. A relaxing pool area and a well-equipped gym. As for the food the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bad experience. TV, (was unplugged) phone, hotplate, all didn't work. Toilet seat was broken. Floor was filthy, rust stains in the bathroom. Front desk would not give me another room, didn't have one with working TV or phone. Several complaints from other customers. Was going to stay 12 days glad I only booked 1. Bed was frayed, and even a spider paid a visit. Terrible experience!!!!

체크인시 디파짓 60불을 요구합니다. 주위에 아무것도 없고 식당.까페등을 갈려면 무조건 툭툭을 타야되요. 4박 했는데 수건2장.물2병제공.. 청소 안해줍니다 호텔에서 휴식만 하실분들은 좋을듯.
