位置很方便，櫃枱人員很友善，服務很好，水壓滿大的，住得很舒服，早餐還不錯，有機會會再來入住！哈哈哈哈

凌晨有幾個男的直接刷門卡進來！還好我有多扣了一個鐵鏈！直接把我嚇醒了，趕緊把門堵起來！然後那幾個老外還一直往裡麪進，而且還是喝多的感覺！一直講話，過了幾分鐘他們才走了！我就趕緊打電話跟前台説！語言也不通！隔天退房我叫老闆給我一個説法！結果説是服務員不知道里面有住人，又把我的房間開給客人！就這樣處理問題？這是東南亞！又是半夜別人刷卡進我房間，這不應該彌補一下我的精神損失費麼？最少説表示一下對吧！真的驚魂未定！

這個酒店很奇怪，非常少有中國人，應該是專門接待歐美旅行團的。這個酒店整體來説不大比較侷促，房間衞生還行沒發現小昆蟲 但是這個酒店對中國人非常不友好，進門愛搭不理，早餐的領班對歐美人特別諂媚，但是對中國人愛搭不理

I recently stayed at Caravan Hotel by EHM and was very satisfied with my experience. The whole hotel still feels brand new and even smells fresh everywhere. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and I also enjoyed the relaxing spa and massage options. The rooftop pool and bar are perfect for unwinding with a nice view over Phnom Penh. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also great – close to the main attractions but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and can highly recommend Caravan Hotel by EHM to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. I would definitely return!

朝食が美味しかった。 4日間　あまり代わり映えはしなかったが　美味しいものを使っているので満足でした。 朝食會場の雰囲気もとても良かった。 部屋では 部屋のシャンプーリンスが空なのに補充をしてくれなくて2日間、自分の持ってきたものを使った。 Netflixが見放題で部屋にいる時間が楽しかった。 水が4本おいてあるのは嬉しかった。 プール 小さいながらも　早い時間からやっていて　可愛くて毎日通いました。

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was adequate. Amazing view. Staff and service are great! They have a small intimate gym and poolside. I stayed during low tourist season so I was able to enjoy the facilities.

I stayed two times at this hotel, the first one was ok, nothing exceptional but good quality for the price. The second time though was a nightmare. The hotel doesn’t have good sound proofing, so as a result throughout the night I was woken up 3 separate times by the inappropriate sounds of the couple next door. My schedule on the 永安 to Phnom Penh was very busy, I had only a limited amount of hours to sleep, but even the 6 hours I had were ruined by the slapping, moaning and screaming sounds of adult activity next door. When I went to the reception at 1.00 o’clock at night, to ask them to change a room for me, they said that they can’t help me because they are fully booked. They didn’t offer to call my neighbors and ask them to be quiet, they didn’t offer a refund so that I could go and stay at another hotel, they just completely brushed me aside disregarding my situation completely. Also, as a cherry on top, in the morning I found a gigantic cockroach under my door. The most important thing in any hotel is to be able to sleep, but staying here is a gamble, maybe your neighbors will be quiet, or maybe you’ll be forced to listen to whatever it is your neighbor decides to do in the middle of the night. Too bad I can’t upload a video of just how loud it was. Definitely will never stay at this hotel again.

とても綺麗でコスパの良いホテルでした。ウェルカムドリンクや冷たいおしぼりのサービスやフロントもとても良い香りがしました。強いていうならお部屋のお湯の出があまり良くなかったかなあと思いましたが、暑いのでそんなに問題はありませんでした。スタッフもみんな細やかな気がついてくれました！プールバーのハッピーアワーもよかったです。
