房間很大，住的非常舒服。有廚房，還能簡單動手做點吃的。 對面寺廟，早上會念經，但關好門拉上窗簾基本聽不到。 這次入住衞生間有股味，估計是某種膠水，影響不大也就沒有跟酒店提。

I have stayed in Cambodia many times over the years in many hotels. This was my first stay in Palace gate hotel and Residents, and have to say it’s my favourite hotel by far. My room was so peaceful, no maintenance noise and so quiet. My bed was perfect and the pillows were soft and comfortable, they also had a pillow menu if the pillows were not comfortable and could get them custom ordered to your needs ( what a fantastic idea ). The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool was perfect and the in house restaurant food was delicious. Such a nice relaxing experience if and when you need some downtime and R&R. I will most definitely be back again.

Service was great, from reception to restaurant, and assistance in making arrangements. Room was large by most hotel standards and toiletries are quite minimal. Aircon was super strong and variety of TV channels. Breakfast at restaurant was adequate and even though small, it has a variety to cater to different customers. My only and biggest issue is cleanliness as I've killed several small cockroaches. There is clearly an infestation issue that needs professional pest control team.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was truly unmatched — every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility that instantly made me feel at peace. The environment was not only elegant and serene, but also thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and comfort. 已經是第二次住這個酒店了，房間有陽台看風景比較舒服。 設施：比較老舊，都是很久之前的老物件了。使用體感一般，洗臉盆下水有問題。 衞生：這次的衞生很一般，床單上有明顯的污漬。牆上也有，洗澡淋浴噴頭裡麪發現了不知名頭髮。乾淨指數1顆星🌟。 環境：大堂的環境還算比較OK，但是整個房間格局比較狹窄。要穿過一扇門才能到我們的房間。很離譜。 10% 折扣餐飲和水療中心 :沒體驗到，晚上10點到的，説水療11點結束，並且要提前預約，加了預約管家的微信，也沒有人回覆。體驗感很差。
