all Fake reviews. The hotel is nasty and unclean. The mattress is very hard. No staff to help with the luggage. Even through I’m a platinum member for 永安 and am allowed for late check out till 2pm but the hotel started calling from 11 am non stop to ask us to check out

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very friendly hotel staff and I love the soft sheets and amenities. Near the laundry shop, restaurants and shops. I love the scenic pool at the top floor. Will book here again next time.

房費320元網上訂的，入住早上10點説要加錢44美金，不然得等到下午二點才入住，可退房卻要12點前。房間的味道很不好，很臟。整個晚上和早上樓上樓下一真很吵，根本無入睡，床單被單消毒水味很重。以後不來這家人住，訂的豪華雙人大床房，進來一後，根本和照片嚴重不符，標準房勉強

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Good location close to Orussey Market and other attractions. Rooftop pool and bar was an added bonus as it was very hot. Breakfast was good

Very good hotel in the middle of everything. Clean rooms with good AC, teethbrushes and shampoo/soap in the room. Good meals and a lot of menus. The rooftop bar with swimming pool is adorable, run by very friendly and helpful staff. Would be my choice if I return.

Je viens régulièrement à Phnom Penh depuis des années et j'ai vu cet hôte se construire mais je n'y avais encore jamais séjourné,c'est maintenant chose faite. L'hôtel est bien situé près du marché O Russey. Il est d'un très bon standing et affiche un rapport qualité prix excellent. La chambre standard twin que j'ai occupée était vaste et très bien équipée, excellente literie et grande salle de bain et surtout très calme. Le coin penderie est équipé d'un safe . Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié et copieux dans une belle salle avec vue. Sur le toit terrasse il y a un bar et une petite piscine. En résumé je ne regrette pas mon choix et ne manquerai pas d'y séjourner lors de mon prochain passage à Phnom Penh.
