This hotel is not that good. This is my second time here. The first time was okay, but this time it is very bad.That's why I'm saying there is no cleaning system. I've repeatedly said to clean it, but it hasn't been cleaned.Things are repeatedly taken from you by asking for them, but they are not kept by themselves in this hotel you can get a better option for the same money,

空港から歩いて行くことができ、とても便利な立地です。深夜便で到着しても親切に対応していただきました。 シャンプーやボディーソープ、歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシなどはありましたが、気になる方は持參しても良いかと思います。 シャワーの使い方が難しく、どのようにしたら水が出るかわかりませんでした💦5分ほど格闘して使い方がわかりました🚿 トイレとシャワーの間にシャワーカーテンがないので、トイレは濡れること覚悟で利用しましょう！

プノンペン國際空港から徒歩圏內です。 チェックイン時に、水のペットボトルを２本いただきました。（常温の水だったので）無理を言って、売店の冷蔵庫を使わせていただきました。 受付の男性のカンボジアの方はとても親切です。 夕食は、近所の中國料理店で青椒肉絲丼を食べました。

隣の部屋の中國人が夜中まで常に大聲、爆音動畫で、すごく嫌。スタッフに注意してほしいと伝えたが、何も変化なし。殘念すぎる。

I booked this place just for an overnight stay; the place is literally 5 minutes walk from the airport parking lot. But this room was my nightmare! I paid 18$ just to spend a night there and on the photos they showed a rather simple looking plain room which was totally acceptable. As I arrived, i was given the key to the most filthiest room I’ve ever seen, no window, smelled of cigarettes and there was dirt EVERYWHERE! Looked like some abandoned psych ward or a cell; dirty walls, floors and bathroom, dirty bed sheets and the smell inside the room was just awful! I asked to be relocated to a different room which they did; i basically ended up in an exact same room except this one didn’t reek of cigarettes. Disgusting place, i had to put towels over the pillows to be able to put my head on it. I don’t know what goes on in other rooms but room #2002 and #2001 were traumatizing experiences for me. Never again!

Das geht gar nicht, DAS WAR SCHLIMM, war nur eine zwischenstation von koh rong nach Thailand , schon beim Check in war unsere Buchung nicht zu finden und die Menschen wollten Geld haben! Nach einigen lauten Worten ging es dann, das Zimmer erinnert an einen Knast und war genau so dreckig , die Lage war gut für uns direkt am Flughafen so kann man zum Terminal laufen.
