春節挺貴的，2晚5000多，性價比不高。前台小哥服務熱情友好；餐廳的早餐、泰餐和西餐口味出色，價格也合理。但是酒店游泳池太小了，目測衹有20*30米，讓人根本沒有下水的慾望，酒店所在的蘇林海灘也很無聊，遠不如布吉前三的海灘有各種水上活動項目，周圍也沒有可以玩或者吃飯的特色街道。建議還是儘量選前三的海灘住：芭東、卡塔，卡倫。

晚上到的酒店，門衞和前台都很熱情，尤其是門衞特別友好。酒店不大，房間挺安靜，早餐中規中矩，衞生稍有瑕疵。

這家酒店是永安幫我找的，經歷了很多挫折磨難後最終放棄找酒店了，結果這家酒店服務非常好，不歧視不排華，酒店讓你坐着check，還給客人端來了茶水，入住比較順心，走的時候還給搬行李的服務人員50-100泰銖服務費，我們從不小氣給小費，衹要覺得住的開心順心，小費隨意，下次如果還來，肯定還是會續住的，這家酒店非常好👍

房間裝修很好看，對面2分鐘就能到海灘，過馬路安全員還會讓你安全了再讓你通過，酒店的前台也很熱情，一路送到房間。

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en phuket! Calidad Precio muy bueno! El crew del hotel es muy amable, el buffet del desayuno muy bueno y completo! El hotel tiene 2 restaurantes y ambos son muy buenos! Sin duda me volvería a hospedar allí!

Outrigger Surin beach resort is een klein knus resort. Met uitstekende kamers met alles voorzien. Zoals wij dit van de outrigger resort in Koh Samui gewend zijn is hier in Phuket ook het zelfde. Een ruime badkamer met douche en een bad. Aanwezig waterkoker, strijkijzer en plank, Föhn, douchegel en shampoo. Elke dag schoonmaken van de kamers en van schone handdoeken en flessen water in de koeling. En top punt van onze kamer was een eigen zwembad. Personeel waren allen zo lief, aardig en behulpzaam. Outrigger Surin beach resort heeft bij ons een plekje gekregen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

還可以，短暫一兩個晚上還行，長了不行，設施不夠。我是特價搶到了房間, 早餐無功無過。房間隔音太差，帶了耳塞也不行。現在蘇林海灘在整改，景還是美的，但預算充足的話選更完善的酒店為佳，這裏太簡陋了，但服務很好。

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The check-in experience in July 2023 is much better than this one. The housekeeper had a good attitude that time, and the breakfast was pleasant. The last time the front desk took the initiative to tell me that I could use the hotel app to communicate with the hotel, but this time the front desk did not mention the app to me. The second very unpleasant thing happened at breakfast time. I ordered an omelet and Eggs Florentine, which was made by the lady in the kitchen. There were three chefs in the kitchen, one of whom was a middle-aged woman. But what was brought to my table was not what I wanted at all. There are no onions, tomatoes, cheese, nothing in the Omelet! And the fried eggs are very hard, it's not Omelet at all! Eggs Florentine actually pushed the egg directly on a big square toast! It's too rough! The experience of this breakfast was very unpleasant! There is a feeling of being ignored and deceived!

This hotel is nestled away in Surin bay about a 2 minutes walk from the beach. The room was comfortable and spacious and we felt very at home there. There are 2 public pools which we did visit though we spent much of our time in the private room pool. The gym was also good; basic but met our needs. Breakfast was amazing and we were spoilt for choice. The Thai ice teas we had every morning were excellent and a must try. Finally the staff offered an exceptional level of hospitality. They were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were supportive of our needs and requests and were very professional. This is a 5star hotel and worth every penny.
