奧本青年旅舍暨餐館 (The Arbern Hotel X Bistro)

I stayed at Arbern Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The property has a nice modern loft style, and although my room was not very big, it felt cozy and even had a big balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful – for example, my kettle wasn’t working when I checked in, and they immediately brought me a new one without any hassle. The bed felt a bit unusual (one side seemed slightly higher than the other), but it wasn’t a big issue for me. Housekeeping came every day, and they always provided fresh water and tea/coffee. The room was quiet, with a lovely view of the mountain and temples. The location is excellent for exploring Phuket Old Town. There’s a bus stop right outside (with a route to the airport), and plenty of cafes, massage places, and a 7/11 within walking distance. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast wasn’t included, but there’s a café on the ground floor where you can eat for a reasonable price. The only thing that surprised me was the early check-out time at 10:30, but the staff kindly let me leave my luggage at the lobby for a few hours after checking out. Overall, I think the price is absolutely worth it. It’s a great hotel in the heart of Phuket Town, and tour operators had no problem picking me up directly from the hotel for excursions. Highly recommend.

Great location and fabulous service. All you need you have in the room and nice location in town.

還不錯啦！獨自旅行 隨便選的酒店 衞生環境都挺好的 下次還去 主要是我比較隨性 對很多東西都不挑 沒有大問題就喜歡

Sítio muito agradável, limpo e com funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. É perto do centro e da Monkey Hill. Acho que poderiam acrescentar algumas prateleiras perto das camas nos dormitórios e na casa de banho para pousar os pertences pessoais.

One of our favorite hotels ever. It is huge. It even has a living area with a small table and sofa for us to have our suppers and breakfast easily. The hotel is located near a laundry and 7-11. Renting of bikes is also easy when the shop is just beside the hotel. Just inform the receptionist and she will help you with the arrangements. The hotel also has a restaurant at L1 which we regret not trying it. The airport bus will also stop nearby and it will be a short walk up to the hotel. Overall, we loved the hotel alot.

Hotel en plein centre de phuket town , chambre propre, pas tres loin du quartier historique et proche de la gare routiere. Rien a redire hormis que si vs voulez prendre un pti déj le matin, ca ne souvre pas avant 10.30am pour les leves tôt il faudra aller au 7/11 à 1min30 a pied.
