很好的一間酒店！如果自駕遊的朋友泊車很放便，就停在你房門口，私人泳池現實比相中的大，自助早餐很不錯，想提醒各位朋友如果你會在房間午睡切記按請勿打擾！因為佢哋中午會不定時把糕點送到你的房間！

這家酒店從大堂到辦理入住到房間，每一段都需要坐擺渡車，而且擺渡車很慢，我住了兩天就提前退房了，前台同意辦了提前退房，然後讓我找平台退款，結果最後一晚房費都沒退，接近700SGD，直接吞了

This was my second stay at the resort, and it exceeded my expectations once again. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Osama, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine helpfulness truly made a difference. He took the time to guide us through all the resort’s facilities, pointed us to halal food options at the restaurant, and recommended exciting activities and attractions in Phuket that enriched our 永安. His warm attitude and constant readiness to assist left a remarkable impression. I am also grateful to Ms. Porn for her cooperation and generosity in allowing us a late check-out without any extra charge, which made our departure seamless and stress-free. A sincere thank you as well to Mr. Mark, the manager, for his continuous dedication and close attention to ensuring the highest standards of service. The efforts of the entire team are the reason I chose to return for a second stay — and why I look forward to coming back again and again

i love the ambience of the place they’re really super clean and definitely giving that luxury vibe you’re looking for. when i got to the first lobby i thought it wasn’t exactly what i wanted but when i was driven into the hotel, i was wowed. we were also given welcome drinks the only thing i would say is they take time with the room service especially if you ask for little amenities but other than that you’ll definitely love it there. they’re also very quick with pickups from hotel to the lobby so that’s also a plus

Хороший сервис. Круглосуточное обслуживание. Отличное приложение. В моём первом номере в корпусе у дороги был слышен сильный гул. Можно было почувствовать его вибрацию, положив руку на перила на балконе. Я думала, что смогу уснуть, но не смогла, какое-то сильное психологическое давление от него. Написала поздно ночью на ресепшн, спустя в сумме почти час меня переселили в номер получше, подальше от дороги. Там гула слышно не было. Периодически ночью проезжали байки и машины. Парковочных мест достаточно. Без транспорта здесь будет тяжко. 10 минут до патонга и камалы.
