預訂的時候，寫的很清楚，四個大人兩個13歲的孩子，入住前也很貼心發了郵件確認航班入住時間，但直到check-in的時候才提出孩子加收加床費，我們接受沒問題，可加的床就是個摺疊床，中間的縫隙很不舒服，其他沒什麼不滿意的，有app 可以在線提交需求訂餐訂接駁車，響應及時，早餐也不錯

服務非常好 需要下載一個酒店的APP 直接在APP上點單 基本秒回的 房間設施也還不錯 滿足需求 衞生打掃的也非常好 因為是聖誕節去的 好些的別墅都預訂滿了 這個相對來講還是可以的 環境的話 離卡馬拉海灘10分鐘車程 酒店有shuttle bus直接送達 因為酒店在山上 每次出行都會有很陡的坡 白天會有穆斯林做禮拜的那個大喇叭 不是很近 但是能聽到 這邊比芭東海灘安靜 中國人很少

房間很舒適泳池很大並且每天都會有人打掃泳池也會每天清潔！任何服務可以通過app來操作。很方便！酒店人員服務也非常周到也很熱情！下次去布吉還會選擇這家酒店！

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and the facilities were complete and very thoughtfully arranged, with everything we could possibly need already provided. What we loved most was the outdoor area—the pool was large enough for plenty of fun, and the other outdoor relaxation spaces were extremely comfortable with wide, open views. Both suites were identical in layout and amenities, which was perfect for two couples as there was no need to worry about choosing between rooms. The hotel offered complimentary drinks and plenty of bottled water, as well as cooking utensils, making our stay very convenient. The villa was also well-prepared with effective mosquito and insect prevention measures. The staff were thoughtful and friendly, and we are certain we will stay here again on our next visit. The gentleman suggested that a razor be added to the bathroom amenities to make shaving more convenient.

We recently stayed at Villa Tantawan Resort – Private Pool Villas in Kamala, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a private pool that made our stay truly relaxing. The view over Kamala is stunning, especially at sunset — one of the highlights of our 永安. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always attentive but never intrusive. They helped us with transport, activity recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. Location-wise, it’s peaceful and quiet but still close enough to Kamala Beach, local restaurants, and attractions like Phuket FantaSea. We also loved the amenities — the private pool, fitness room, and free parking made our stay very convenient. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend Villa Tantawan for anyone looking for privacy, comfort, and a touch of luxury in Phuket. We’ll definitely come back!

本次泰國布吉之行第一家酒店 先説説優點： 1. 服務非常棒，響應很及時（哪怕半夜都有人回覆），全程溝通通過酒店app。 2. 房間環境非常好 衞生很乾凈 3.酒店在半山，每一小時有shuttle bus來回 超市和海灘 4. 因為在半山 自己出行不是特別方便 可以通過grab叫餐直接送到villa門口。 缺點： 1. 我是比較看重一個酒店的早餐，貴酒店的早餐是每天一個定食盒子，量有點少，味道一般般，説實話應該有很大進步空間，才能配得上貴酒店的級別。
