Задумка изначально было очень хорошая. Но отель сейчас находится в плохом управлении... Грязно, не былона момент заселения (2 эт) туалетной бумаги и полотенец в номере. Сходилм, взяли в соседний, так как номера стоят открытые, а ресепшна как такового нет... На первом этаже живет большая тайская семья... Они, видимо, и присматривают за отелем... Превратили территорию в один большой склад, где всё навалено кучами(матрассы, полотенца, какая-то утварь итд...). Единственно, из плюсов, встретил нас вежливый и радушный ледибой, предложлл выбрать из двух номеров один, но забыл дать ключ. Когда поехали в магазин, пришлось оставить в номер открытым, так как никого на территории не нашли и начался сильный дождь ☔

Мы приехали с подругой на несколько дней. В момент приезда наш номер не был готов. В первый день отключили воду и мы не смогли помыться. Отель достаточно далеко от основных достопримечательностей

It was my worst experience. When I arrived at the hotel location, the staff asked me to go to another building away from the first hotel. When I arrived at the new place, I found that I couldn't lock the door and the staff didn't have a key card for me. I went out without being able to lock the room and when I ask staff they told me its not work thats all they said And when I went back to sleep, I couldn't lock my room. I was scared because I didn't know who would open the door . The room was next to the main road. I hardly slept at all. It was too expensive with this kind of experience. I felt insecure and sad and I will never book any accommodation from 永安 again , U guys are disappointed

Tina is a lovely lady, helpful where she can be and sweet, helped us sort transfers and helped me call the bus company to get us an easier 永安, and husband did give us lift to bus stop next morning- although he was late but we were lucky so was the transfer- it’s happens though so no bad feelings at all, just saying for the review. :) HOWEVER; We were put in another hotel that was 10 minute drive away from original place, we weren’t given the choice but we appreciate and are very grateful they did give us a room somewhere else and didnt leave us stranded; although we weren’t told if it was overbooked or not, we just got moved. Unfortunately for us, we did pay for the room that had a double bed, had a pool outside and 24hour front desk; in the new place we had none of these. We were put in a twin room and had to go buy our own toilet roll as we were given only very small amount. We were also given no key to our room, I did ask the owner twice and one of their staff that came to our room, only ONCE, i had messaged the owner about lack of loo roll and keys; she replied to one of my messages but completely skipped over the key query. Not sure If there was a language barrier but it was over message and I did ask verbally to staff member. She is a lovely owner and did want to help where she could but maybe not so many things in check. She also never took a copy of my passport like every other place had, which we thought was slightly strange. No biggie though, perhaps that’s just not what they do! If you get the right room; in the correct hotel; probably a lovely stay! Would have probably given 5* as the other place looked so nice!

Мы приехали ночью и сняли комнату на 1 ночь. Чисто уютно, но рядом с отелем мало что есть.

Отель Tina очень зашёл ребенку. Ещё бы бассейн прямиком во дворе. Классно. Водичка освежиться в самый раз. Мы жили на 2м этаже, что тоже плюс на 1м, где бассейн показалось, что в номерах не так неуютно - мало света. Были 2 ночи, номер у нас был хороший. Было комфортно очень, что большой холодильник. Немного огорчило отсутствие горячей воды, но в + 32 это не очень печально.
