酒店距機場車程大概一個半小時 主要是因為堵車 海景很漂亮 近711 海灘 酒店送每日水果 自助早餐豐富 有健身房 前台服務非常好 值得推薦

衞生情況差勁，浴巾竟然有令人嘔心的污漬，如果住過無數次酒店，從未發生這樣的情況，與前台職員投訴，只是說送一張飲品贈券作了事. 房間設備老舊，廁所座板鬆脱，花灑水力不足，冷熱水難以調教. 自助餐款式太少而且味道欠佳. 以後不會再入住.

Diamond Cliff resort is a beautiful resort to stay at. They have thought of everything. Welcome drink on arrival, bags taken to our room, room equipped with everything you could need including room slippers, waffle dressing gown, bottled water, tea coffee station etc. huge comfy bed, balcony with beautiful view. Breakfast buffet was incredible- best I have ever experienced. It included eggs cooked fresh to your liking, usual european options of bacon, sausages, beans etc, soup/noddle station cooked on demand, selection of 3 hot vegetarian dishes different each day, 5 different fish/chicken/pork stir fry’s, rice, roti, cheese station, extensive sushi station, salad station, fresh fruit juice, breads, croissants, pancakes, pudding -and I haven’t even listed everything!!! 2 beautiful pools one with slide for kids, gym, pool side bar. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool tools available. We used the 永安 booking facility in the hotel and it was very efficient and helpful. We got a gift of a basket of fruit which was a real treat. Lastly location was perfect- a short downhill walk to the beach if you are inclined but also very easy and cheap to get a grab or tuk tuk downtown and /or back from Patong for 200baht or less. Hotel also had a regular shuttle bus. Lastly staff at the hotel were so lovely.

Realmente Thailandia se caracterizaba por la atención de las personas, el carisma. Es mi quinta vez en la zona, y en este hotel las personas no saludan, no te vuelven ni a ver, no son amigables, parece como si no fuesen thailandeses. El trato no fue caluroso.

很好的酒店，前台pop女士很熱情，漂亮！下次應該還會入住這個酒店！離芭東一公里左右，房間很大，有海景，－家四口都可以住！兩個小孩子早餐都不用加錢，分開入餐歺即可！贊！

建物は新しくはないが、清潔でスタッフも親切て気持ちいい日々を過ごせました。 トイレはウォシュレットがあり、良かった。 夜にはファイヤーショーをやってて楽しみました。

酒店偏向泰式風格，很多斜路，有車送上房間，但仍然覺得不適合老人住。酒店幫我們upgrade 為套房，房間很大，還有梳化床可供我兒子使用。酒店設施不算太新，員工服務態度一般，住三天只有2位職員在我們和我們打招呼，首兩日都需要housekeeping 服務，第一天執拾得一般，紙巾都沒有為我們多備一盒，可能是因為我們忘記給小費？ 另外第二天我們在1:00按了housekeeping 的按鈕，但在5:00回來時仍然沒有人過來打掃，我打電話到前台詢問，職員回覆房間清潔是在每天早上七點至下午兩點🤷♀️ 酒店位置位於巴東海灘山腰，酒店每天2:00-4:00有shuttle bus 去Pa tong，但要提前一天預約，極不方便。我們去Jungceylon 商場打車約15分鐘，Grab 206匹，回程坐篤篤 開價300，但我們講成250匹。 建議可以選擇其他布吉酒店，例如Patong中心位，省點時間和車費。

This is one the most terrible experiences we had. The hotel is on the cliff. Every time we go to room, we have to wait for the shuttle bus. It’s very inconvenient. When we call reception for help, no one answer for long time. The English level of reception staff is very poor. The access card is faulty, door cant be opened. We went to reception for help. The staff keeping on telling me that card is ok, and asked me go back to try again and again. Waste of time. Strictly no visitor is allowed for this hotel. Pls be aware before booking. There is no shop, no restaurant nearby.

Breakfast is very good and a solid variety. Rooms. I had some issues with ants but housekeeping took care of it. The staff are friendly and kind. The hotel gave a gift card for a kg of fruit for our three-night stay. Shuttle service is needed as the rooms are a little far from reception but I think people with special needs may experience a challenge getting on and off. Check-in and check-out weren't bad. It took about ten minutes. We had a nice room with a great view. I would recommend this accommodation for families and couples. It's professional and affordable.
