服務態度很好哦 酒店非常漂亮 我和我朋友都不會英語 還好有中文管家 很有耐心的在溝通 如果不是時間不夠還會多住2晚 早餐非常豐富 離夜市也很近

這個酒店是我體驗的相當好的一家了，房間大，泳池出片。服務比別家的都好，我英語不太好也會耐心聽我説完，真的有感動到😭，還會主動詢問我需要什麼幫助。旁邊就有很長一條街可以逛，我們住了兩天都不夠，門口有租車的，蠻方便

布吉之行是我今年最開心的旅行，酒店的環境挺好的，但是生態環境比較好所以可能有些壁虎和青蛙，服務態度也很好，早餐種類蠻多的，可以隨便點，但是味道有點淡，房間也很舒服，每晚的開晚床服務都會佈置得很温馨

非常推薦瑪麗莎！！ 首先，酒店服務非常好！checkin的時候已經是晚上八點多了，並且由於我個人的失誤導致護照姓名和預訂姓名不匹配所以無法辦理入住，前台的三位員工給予了我周到的幫助與貼心的服務，在我剛剛落地普吉還沒來得及辦理國際漫遊服務、agoda的中文客服聯繫不上時，三位員工幫我聯繫了泰國的agoda客服並且協助溝通，最終順利入住。我忘記向他們詢問姓名，三位員工在2025年7月31日晚8點值班，希望酒店相關管理人員能夠查閲工作記錄並給予獎勵，真的很感謝他們！客房清潔服務也非常專業，泳池每天都會進行打掃，雖然在自然環境中有落葉和蟲子是不可避免的，但酒店在盡力維持優秀的衞生狀況。每天也有員工負責修剪酒店公區的植物，而且公區總是香香的。酒店的每一位員工都會微笑問好，非常友善！ 其次，地理位置也很方便。雖然外側就是熱鬧的kata步行街，遊客絡繹不絕，但Malisa顯然找到了一處鬧中取靜的絕佳地點，既方便我出門覓食，也不會影響我白天或夜間的休息。 另外酒店的蚊蟲很少，這出乎我的意料，這可能得益於酒店的集中除蟲措施，在基孔肯雅熱肆虐的當下，酒店的這些舉措讓我非常安心。室外牆上偶爾會有小壁虎，但我認為這絲毫不影響入住體驗，它們並不會打擾我，衹會幫我消滅更多蚊蟲。 酒店的早餐也很精緻美味！ 這是我第一次來泰國也是第一次來布吉度假，感謝Malisa給了我完美的度假體驗！祝生意興隆，也祝中泰友誼長存！ I really love Malisa！ First of all, the hotel service was truly exceptional! I arrived for check-in around 8 p.m., but due to an error on my part—the name on my passport did not match the name on the reservation—I was initially unable to check in. Fortunately, three front desk staff members provided thoughtful assistance and warm service. Since I had just landed in Phuket and hadn’t yet activated international roaming, and the Chinese customer service on Agoda was unreachable, the staff kindly contacted Agoda Thailand on my behalf and helped with the communication. Thanks to their help, I was eventually able to check in smoothly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for their names. These three employees were on duty on the evening of July 31st, 2025, around 8 p.m. I sincerely hope the hotel management can check the shift records and reward them for their outstanding support. I’m truly grateful to them! Housekeeping was also very professional. The private pool was cleaned daily. While some fallen leaves or insects are inevitable in a natural setting, the hotel clearly does its best to maintain excellent hygiene. Every day, staff members trim the plants in the public areas, and the air always carries a pleasant fragrance. Every single staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile and kindness—everyone was incredibly friendly! Secondly, the location is very convenient. While the hotel is right next to the lively Kata walking street, which is full of tourists, Malisa has clearly chosen a perfect spot that offers peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. I could easily go out for food, yet still enjoy undisturbed rest during both day and night. I was also pleasantly surprised by how few mosquitoes there were. This is likely due to the hotel’s centralized pest control measures. In a time when chikungunya fever is spreading, these efforts gave me great peace of mind. I occasionally saw small geckos on the outdoor walls, but I didn’t find them to be a bother at all—they didn’t disturb me and probably helped keep mosquito numbers down. The breakfast was also delicate and delicious! This was my first 永安 to Thailand and my first vacation in Phuket. Thank you, Malisa, for giving me such a perfect holiday experience! I wish your business continued success—and may the friendship between China and Thailand last forever.

Service var bestemt fint. Personalet er fantastiske, super søde og meget imødekommende. Daniel og hans team var altid i de bedste humør. De var meget smilende og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var i top, man kunne få alt, fra internationale morgenmad til thai mad. Super god kaffe. Og man kunne får morgenmad indtil kl 12. Det er en plus for dem der sover længe på ferier. Der var dog lidt koldt inden i restauranten. Værelset var med pool. Sengen var super lækkert, stort og mellem fast, gode puder man kunne vælge imellem. Poolen var desværre ikke noget at råbe hurra for... der lå mange blade og små ting fra træerne af, og det var heletiden. De sagde at poolen vil blevet gjort rent hver dag, men det så desværre ikke sådan ud. Der var ingen vind eller sol ved poolen da det var en total aflukket "rum". Så ingen udsigt, kun hvide vægge og lidt grønne planter. Alt i alt, synes jeg at opholdet var fint, og meget ærgerligt over at jeg ikke kunne bruge poolen, som var det jeg gik efter, og så blev det et dyrt ophold for "bare" et hotelværelse uden pool.

房間大床兩個大人帶個8歲小孩夠睡的，非要加個小床，另外收加床費，加過床後路都不好走了，衞生間淋浴房玻璃晃動，感覺隨時要掉下來，安全沒有保障，衞生間洗三漱用品太差了，地板太舊了，上面一層灰，泳池落葉和蟲子太多，不衞生！體檢感太差了！價格和服務設施環境衞生不成正比，這麼貴酒店礦泉水還要另外再收費 設施：太舊，有安全隱患 衞生：泳池太臟 環境：一般 服務：服務員工作效率太慢

住了4天 最後一天給換到這間，明顯好於之前那間，泳池和牆壁都是比較新的 水也更乾淨 房間大概朝南的緣故 反正怎麼説呢 不陰 房門也是插卡新版的…不像之前那間木頭門和搖搖欲墜的鑰匙鎖 這間就是衞生間通風不好 有股味道 早餐好吃 出門方便 出門走幾分鐘到大馬路 左轉去卡塔海灘 一路上有小吃店 超市 冰沙…還是挺熱鬧的
