入住四晚位於頂層海景房，酒店整體充滿度假村風情，泳池區域很大步行出去，就是私人沙灘有足夠座椅，置身其中很放鬆，各個部門的員工都笑面迎人服務殷勤，kitchen餐廳晚餐好吃，價錢亦不太貴，而酒店嘅早餐種類亦算很多，其間是正日生日酒店還送上精緻小蛋糕和蠟燭放在房間有驚喜，雖然酒店已經有點年代感，但維護尚算不錯，整體十分滿意，而且酒店價格合理超值，近機場十分鐘車程，call grab去南部日落小鎭或上北部景點都很方便。

強烈推薦這家酒店！我們訂的直通泳池房型真的驚艷到了，玩水超級方便，度假感直接拉滿。酒店整體環境很棒，乾淨整潔又有設計感，隨處都是愜意的氛圍。最驚喜的是沙灘，人特別少，沙子細膩乾淨。泳池設施也很贊，水質清澈，維護得很好，不管是帶孩子玩還是自己放鬆都合適。早餐也必須誇一誇，種類豐富，食材新鮮，中西式菜品都有，能滿足不同口味，吃得很滿足。出行打車，沒有步行可以去的地方。服務方面也是非常贊，服務人員態度好不説，處理問題時間也很快～表揚來我們房間抓蜘蛛的小哥哥。這次入住體驗感滿分，下次來還選這裏！

The resort is beautiful and the size is perfect, it is big but you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes which is great. The beach is clean. The food was good, but there were no snack options during the day. The pool bar only opens 11am, and they don't serve any food. You need to go to Shack restaurant, and they only deliver to the pool a few options from the menu in a box. Otherwise, you need to eat at the restaurant. (Some friends were all inclusive, and they won't deliver anything in this case) One day, the pool bar was packed, and there was only one staff member taking orders and preparing the drinks! When I suggested the manager send one more staff member to help, he asked me to be patient or order from the restaurant. Meaning they won't improve the service if there are too many people in the pool. It's probably because of the all-inclusive service, to reduce their consumption. But the people who are not all-inclusive will also be affected. My 3 yrs old son and a 4 yrs old friend cut their feet in the swimming pool. The manager came worried and asked what I needed, but his suggestion was for them not to stay too long in the pool and he said my son is probably a city boy and he is not used to it. The thing is, we go to the pool every week, he knows how to swim and we have been to similar 永安s to Bali, Phillipines and Thailand and this never happened before! So Im pretty sure the problem is their swimming pool floor, whether the tiles are too rough or there are sharp things on the shallow areas. In fact, I stepped on something sharp one time, luckily I was walking and it didn't cut me. (The picture of my son's feet is 2 days after it happened) So the hotel is beautiful and convenient, clean, the price is good. But I have concerns about the swimming pool, so I would probably not go back because of that. And I would not take the all-inclusive as there are some restrictions.

Hotel is very near the airport which is a plus. Free airport transfers both ways. Front desk / restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch. Pool is huge and staff are friendly. Nice cabanas and deck seats. Gym needs improvement - no fan / ac, towels didn't seem clean and dumbells were a little rusty. Gets very stuffy in there too. Room was a good size with great views of the ocean. Aircon in the room was a little warm during the day. More hooks can be provided in the washroom to hang towels or clothes. Our room didn't have a rack to hang our wet swim gears.

솔바이는 수영장과 적당한 크기의 정원이 좋았습니다. 다만 풀엑세스룸은,, 좋지 않은 선택이었어요. 정말 상상이상으로 습합니다. 이 호텔을 결정 전 다른 리뷰에서도 습하단 평가를 봤지만 대수롭지 않게 생각했던게 실수 였어요. 캐리어에 있는 옷마저 꿉꿉 눅눅해졌고 걸어 놓은 옷은 비를 맞고 걸어뒀다 입은 느낌이었습니다. 더 금액을 추가해서 이 방을 고른게 후회되었어요. 발을 디딜때마다 비닐 장판의 쩌억쩌쩍 느낌도 안좋았고 객실의 드라이기도 고장이라 고치러 오셔서 한참하시고도 결국 해결이 안되었고 그걸 막 뜯고 해서 그 잔햊들이 바닥에 그대로 였어요. 조식은 대체적으로 아마추어같은 완성도라 반쎄오도 급하니까 덜 익은 채로 제공하여 불편하였습니다.

環境優美，服務員好客有禮，作為渡假酒店整體還好。但酒店或旅客應留意以下幾項：(1)預約的房間是外面有小泳池，但房間內通往戶外小泳池的門鎖不能夠鎖好，有安全隱憂。(2)餐廳應注意食用冰的存放方法，吃完早餐後隨即又痾又嘔，浪費了半天時間。(3)Check-out後想暫存行李在大堂，但酒店沒有任何紀錄或將行李鎖上，隨意取走都沒有職員查問，有安全隱憂。

First thing first , we have booked for ocean facing room and this is the view from the room. When I questioned the front desk staff then the person said we have upgraded which we never asked . Hence make sure what you have booked is the really you get. The staffs are not very friendly. They used to give only one card to access the room which is not a very big thing but definitely in convenient to manage . The most important thing , the late checkout time is 1PM .If you stay till 1.05 PM then you need to pay extra .The hotel needs renovation as the facilities are old.Also, the staffs are more concerned about Google review rather then providing services. Overall, as a family we are overall disappointed with the hotel.
