Have stayed here multiple times. It has been renovated. The rooms are clean. Love the location on the water. One of my favorite things to do is sit on the balcony. So nice. The breakfast is excellent as well. Lots of choices. This is our first choice of places to stay in Pigeon Forge.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could. The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.
