My wife and I received excellent service. All the personal were friendly and helpful. I don't know her, name but the receptionist from Jamaica was extremely pleasant and good to work well. She is definitely a positive influence for the guests.

We came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

This place was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Very very clean and nicely decorated. Big rooms fridge coffee maker microwave in room. Balcony was nice to sit on. The breakfast I have never seen a breakfast like this any motel. Something for everyone loved it will go back. Front desk people were very very friendly greated you coming and leaving. Coffee and juice in lobby all the time.
