Being a first time business traveller to Italy and Pisa ,it was a wonderful journey , the hotel receptionist can speak English , hence is easy for us to communicate with them . Pros : - Is a strategic location during the stay in Pisa , 15 min walk to leaning tower of Pisa . -Big applause to the receptionist Ms Tamara . She was very helpful , attentive and friendly during our stay at Grand Hotel Bonanno , she guide us to use the train from Pisa to Cinque terre, and lead us the direction to leaning tower of Pisa .The view of cinque terre was magnificent! -Other than that she helps us arrange taxi to airport and to my client office . - she was patient to answer all the request and question given by us . -The buffet breakfast was excellent , many selection of choice . Cons - there is no complimentary for mineral water during the stay . - the hotel was near to the railway station , hence you will easily hear the noise from outside however for me is fine with it . -the water heater can be improve . conclusion : If I ever come back again to Pisa, Italy , I will definitely choose this hotel again .

Ottima accoglienza, pulizia, arredamento, servizi igienici, ma il materasso è ortopedico, piuttosto rigido, e per me, non più giovane. Il pezzo forte però è la colazione a buffet, veramente insuperabile, con abbondanza di scelte, per tutti i gusti. Non ve pentirete

Breakfast is good, sufficient choices and amount But the bed use a blanket cover but not a decent quilt This is a connected room type so there is 2 bathroom which is good Walkable to pisa tower If you take train please get off at Pisa S Rossore, much closer

房間還可以，廁所和浴室很小，不開心的是酒店前台的女服務員有歧視我們，因為我們要停車，和我們説沒有停車位了，讓我們去找外面公共停車場，我老公兜了一大圈也沒找到停車位，後來換了個男的服務員，我們和他説找不到停車的地方，能告訴我們哪裡有停車嗎？他問了我們明天幾點走，然後説他們的停車場有停車位了，太好了，我們不用去找了，停車場是地下的，很小，當我們下去時看到下面至少還有3個停車位。所以説那個女服務員就是刁難我們！

Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Było słychać jazdy najmniejszy szelest z pokoju obok. Woda bardzo słabo leciała. Śniadania fajne, zasługuje na pochwałę. Duży plus za suszarkę do włosów z zimnym nawiewem.

鄰近比薩斜塔，走過去只要10分鐘 早餐豐富，服務態度10分好 唯獨房內有昆蟲，房間清潔一般，一進房就開始咳嗽。
