B&B格里阿奇酒店 (B&B Gli Archi)

Habitación grande y con baño . Todo muy limpio. Pero la persona encargada nos hizo esperar afuera 20 minutos para poder entrar a tomar la habitación. SOLO POR ESO LE DOY UN 4 ESTRELLAS. POR QUE DESPUES POR LO DEMAS TODO MUY BIEN . . pienso que deberían tener un salón de recepción donde esperar.

This is the most unpleasant accommodation experience I've ever had. My check-in time was scheduled for 15:30, but the landlord kept me waiting for at least half hour outside and the stay with no reception. Additionally, the room wasn't cleaned before our arrival. The bunk bed room didn't even have an inside bathroom; we had to use the one in the hallway and lock it with a key, which may caused some noise. On the second day, the landlord accused us of being noisy and disturbing others without even knocking on the door, although we were simply using the air conditioner and taking a shower. It's worth mentioning that she displayed ****** behavior. When we checked out, the landlord went as far as making offensive and discriminatory comments, and even refused to allow us to use the elevator.
