房間很大，離海邊很近，附近711和餐廳都很方便，但是周圍消費相比較高！每天有250比索的旅客税不知道為什麼？！目前永安還沒給出迴應，坎昆這個地方真的一言難盡，可能**了吧

There is seven/eleven markets close the hotel.. The location is so good.. walking to mamasita beach takes just 5 minutes.. but hotel provides shuttle to beaches.. The workers was polite and helpfull Thank you for everything..

It was AMAZING! I had such a great time there! The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. I made sure to eat and drink as much as possible, I think I ate too much! There is only a buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner at the restaurants. It's à la carte (if you paid for the package) and you can order as much food as you want. Mexican food for lunch and Italian or Mexican food for dinner (you have to book for dinner). I also love that the rooftop bar has unlimited great food for the whole day. The pool area was nice and so was the furniture. My room was huge and very spacious, I did not have the best view which didn't matter because I was upstairs on the rooftop for most of the time. They also stock the room fridge with soft drinks and beer which are unlimited. Each floor has a water cooler machine and an ice machine which was great when it came to refilling my water bottles. I think it's a great idea instead of the single use water bottles. I highly recommend staying here, my only regret was not staying here longer. I will be back in the future!

One of the largest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, cause the moment you stepped out of the hotel, you’re at the doorstep of La Quinta Avenida. It’s a main street full of restaurants and bars, making it one of the best nightlife spots in the city. And it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach where you can check out hot babes get their suntan. Also, not forgetting the rooftop pool with amazing views of the city and the sea.

호텔 자체는 너무 좋았는데 처음에 디파짓이라며 1000페소 신용카드 결제하고 체크아웃 시 디파짓 취소 요구하니 자기들은 결제한 기록이 없다함 내 카드 내역에는 정확히 기록이 있음 프론트에서는 결제한 기록 없다며 완전 모르쇠임 그리고 돌변해서 엄청 불친절하게대함 20분 가량 기다리게 해놓고서는 하는 말이 환경세였다고함 처음부터 환경세라는 말 없었고 디파짓이었는데 말 바뀜 신뢰거 확 사라짐 완전 별로임

The hotel looks nice, but is very noisy. Specially during mornings when you are sleeping. The restaurant on first floor starts working from 6:30 am and walls are very thin. So you hear lots of noise and hard to sleep well. But still they have good promotions for free messages and other stuff. I recommend getting a room on 3rd floor to have least noise.
