Super petit hôtel à Playa del Carmen, de taille humaine et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Proche de la quinta avenida mais un peu plus à l'écart del parque Fundadores (ce qui peut être un avantage comme un inconvénient). La piscine et la terrasse sur le toit sont tops, et le personnel très sympa !

We were disappointed with this hotel. The only plus was the really comfy bed and great sheets and the shower, which was so strong! But the service was terrible to be honest not even a proper welcome, Mexico is known for friendly staff and they were not. Also it looks nothing like the photos, which showed good tvs & bottled water. When I asked for bottles of water they said they didn’t provide them in the rooms so they’re lying online also our tv was tiny, didn’t work and was all local channels.

The staff was mostly very nice, the bed was comfy and we had warm water, the location is good and safe, daily room service.   Cons: the pool didn’t look very inviting and the view was just bad (a lot of old, run-down buildings and construction), the wifi didn’t really work, no shampoo, no hairdryer, very small safe to lock your stuff (didn’t fit my tablet), it was very loud during the night and also the morning due to other guests. The hotel is already run-down, we had very bad smell in the room (from the bathroom) it was very bothering during the night. There was also a lot of mould and dampness in the shower. The breakfast contains a watery coffee, orange juice, a few slice of fruit and omelette/pancakes/chilaquiles.  All in all okay if you don’t wanna spend much time and money and you don’t care about the hotel much but I wouldn’t stay there again, it didn’t really give me holiday vibes.

No full length mirror in room. No fridge. Every every time I try to amend my booking or add something to my booking it would not let me via the website they always declined anything that I asked for example I wanted to extend my 永安 by one day they said booking was not available however I was able to book online. They would not upgrade my room. Kept saying everything was unavailable and it was not. Website says there is an iron and a hair dryer in the room but you have to ask for it.

Playa del Carmenの街の中心からは少し離れていますが、その分靜かな場所に立地しています。スーパーも徒歩で行く事ができて便利です。 お部屋のアメニティーやコップ、ケトルが無いのが少し不便に感じました。広さは充分でした。
