Check in is easy with clear instructions. Place is clean and no frills.. love the fact that they have got filtered water for drinking. However 1st night, the water pipe burst and caused some inconvenience for us. Went down to The security guards and they helped to switch off the main water switch quickly. So had no water over the night till morning where the recep sent someone to fix it at Abt 9plus.. as this is not really a hotel stay, don't expect 24/7 recep services. responsiveness is considered very efficient.. if not for the water pipe burst, the stay is great.. and the security guards are really friendly and helpful...thumbs up to them .

The customer service is friendly and prompt in replying my queries instructions are clear. This my 2nd time booed from Nest Stay and the whole experience was great. I selected French inspired theme 3 bedroom apartment. We loved it so much. Rooms and toilets are clean. Beds are comfy. There is no TV but using projector. Using projector means the room need to be dark even in the day. This can be improved.

位置跟乾淨都不錯！但是床很硬！枕頭太高了！而且跟一開始我訂的的房間不太一樣！不過沒關係！起碼很乾凈！希望下次可以給我正確的房間！還在窗外看到連續不斷的煙火！很開心

The Best!! Place was huge, amazingly clean and everything is in place. Bed was comfy too, bedsheets are clean. Love the master bedroom. The only thing is the shower on the second bathroom, the water is very small and slow. Other that that, i definitely will keep recommending this to my friend. Especially the customer service was excellent, they were helpful and friendly... keep up the good work... thanks for the lovely stay

Clean room and good location. Would be better if the other rooms (beside main) have side tables. The filtered water is a plus. The middle room air con sometime make noises. Bed is on the hard side but really depends on individual preference. Sofa is too soft though. Overall is a good stay though for a family of 5 :)

Able to contact the Nest Home team via Whatsapp with fast response, which make it very convenient. They have replied to my enquiries before check-in. They have provided clear check-in information needed in the morning. Using the QR code provided, able to register with the guard room, and then proceed to collect the access cards and keys from the locker. Two parking lots provided but I am using one only. The parking lots assigned for this unit, both are at the extreme corner with pillar at the side, which make it a bit harder to park and get off from the car. There is also a long queue for the visitor's cars (~10) to register and get into building during the peak hours. The unit is quite spacious and rooms are clean. The location is a 5 mins drive to the Midvalley Southkey mall. There is a washing machine provided, but did not use it since I did not bring and detergent or washing pods.

A lovely and comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, well designed, and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel very home-like. The environment was quiet and relaxing, yet still conveniently located with easy access to nearby amenities. It’s a 15mins walking distance to mid mid valley southkey mall. The host was responsive and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a cozy, well-maintained place with a personal touch. Would definitely stay again
