Good location, walking distance to Mid Valley mall. Really love the pool/air hockey table and the arcade games provided that made our stay more exciting.

Overall easy process to checkin, location was ok, clean rooms, and admin contacts through whatsapp has very prompt replies during operating hours which is very much appreciated. One feedback was that one of the rooms aircon was not working well and thus made the room very stuffy to sleep in.

Check in is easy with clear instructions. Place is clean and no frills.. love the fact that they have got filtered water for drinking. However 1st night, the water pipe burst and caused some inconvenience for us. Went down to The security guards and they helped to switch off the main water switch quickly. So had no water over the night till morning where the recep sent someone to fix it at Abt 9plus.. as this is not really a hotel stay, don't expect 24/7 recep services. responsiveness is considered very efficient.. if not for the water pipe burst, the stay is great.. and the security guards are really friendly and helpful...thumbs up to them .

The customer service is friendly and prompt in replying my queries instructions are clear. This my 2nd time booed from Nest Stay and the whole experience was great. I selected French inspired theme 3 bedroom apartment. We loved it so much. Rooms and toilets are clean. Beds are comfy. There is no TV but using projector. Using projector means the room need to be dark even in the day. This can be improved.

位置跟乾淨都不錯！但是床很硬！枕頭太高了！而且跟一開始我訂的的房間不太一樣！不過沒關係！起碼很乾凈！希望下次可以給我正確的房間！還在窗外看到連續不斷的煙火！很開心
