Had a pleasant stay at the unit. It was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Location was convenient with easy acess to nearby amenities. Host was responsive and check-in was smooth. The only point to note is that the parking lot is located on the 6th floor, so it takes some time to drive up and down. Overall, a good experience, and would recommend for both short and long stays.

This is not a hotel and not too be called as such. If you reach put to them, they only speak chinese or malay. No English. Total waste of money. 永安 should do their due deligence for such categorization. If its like a airbnb apartments.

Clean and comfortable! Safe environment. Bed in the living room is a bit too hard. Drinking water, shower cream & shampoo were provided. Big TV screen. Walking distance to Mid Valley Southkey mall but need to cross 2 roads. Customer service was responsive and helpful!

We like the location and the promptness of the admin services. There were ants crawling on the kitchen top and the floor. The apartment is well equipped with the necessity. May book again as it is very near to mid valley shopping mall.

We recently stayed at this property for a group of 8 over 3 nights, and while there were some highlights, a few things definitely stood out - mostly not in a good way. First off, the water pressure in one of the showers was really low. It made showering pretty uncomfortable, especially after a long day out. For a group of our size, this small annoyance started feeling like a big deal by the end of the 永安. Getting in and out with the lifts was another headache. We sometimes waited up to 15 minutes for an elevator, which was frustrating and ate into our schedule. When you’re traveling with a big group, waiting around like that is the last thing you want. Parking was… something else. The parking lot is way up in a multi-storey car park, and reaching it took about 5-8 minutes of driving through turns and bumps. After doing this a couple of times, it started to feel pretty exhausting. Supplies also didn’t quite match our needs. For 8 people staying 3 nights, we expected more toiletries than what was provided. And, even though the washing machine was advertised, there was no laundry detergent to use with it. It just felt like one more thing we needed to sort out ourselves. On the positive side, booking was straightforward, and the property generally matched the online description. They are also collecting RM150/SGD50 as deposit in case it matters. But these seemingly small details like the water pressure, lift wait times, parking hassles, and basic supplies really impacted our comfort and added up over the stay. My advice: If you’re a big group or planning a longer 永安, check with the host early about what’s actually provided, especially the little conveniences. And if you’re driving, brace yourself for parking!

It is located near Mid Valley mall. Probably a five min drive away. It was easy to locate as the signage to the homestay was easy to spot. Apartment was clean and had filtered water. The service staff was also prompt to providing the info needed. Queries were answered promptly and politely. The apartment has Bedroom 1 : 2 double beds (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed (sleeps 2) Living room : 2 thin mattresses, can be placed on the floor (sleeps 2) The only inconveniences encountered were : 1) the access door to the lift lobby was not working that day and hence we had to walk around to other floors to try to access to the lift lobby. 2) We had to drive all the way to the 5th floor carpark when there are so many empty lots around and the car park lot assigned was far from the lobby. 3) the water temperature was inconsistent. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the stay and would consider staying here again in future.

Worth it. Very easy to check-in & check-out. Accommodation was clean and sufficient for 6 adults. We will definitely book Southkey Mosaic Residence in our next staycation at JB :)

We booked two units for a family stay — each unit had 2 rooms and 3 beds, which was spacious enough for our group. The biggest plus is the location — it’s very convenient, just a 5-minute drive or about a 15-minute walk to Mid Valley. However, the room didn’t quite match the photos shown online. The overall cleanliness could definitely be improved — it didn’t feel very clean, and there were quite a lot of ants, especially around the toilet basin area. Towels were provided, but we recommend bringing your own, as we didn’t feel comfortable using the ones given.
