Very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel, especially due to the counter staff (an elderly man) who claimed he was the boss. Even though the tourist charge was already included in my 永安 booking, he collected the charge again, which is unacceptable. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of basic customer service. The room was not clean, had a strong odour, and no towels were provided. The staff also did not allow my friend to enter, which was unreasonable. Although the price is reasonable, I cannot accept or forgive this level of service. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The owner seriously needs to review the staff’s attitude and behaviour, as it reflects very poorly on the hotel. Bidet spray also leaking can wash properly

Hotel sangat teruk. 👎🏼 Saya datang check in pada pukul 7.00pm.. tapi bilik tiada sebab receptionist bagi bilik kepada orang lain, dia anggap saya tak jadi nak check in sedangkan saya tak cakap apa-apa pun untuk batalkan atau dia call saya untuk kepastian. Terpaksa menunggu lama untuk dapat bilik lain. Di tilam banyak pepijat menyebabkan badan jadi gatal dan tidak boleh tidur. Di koridor pulak bising boleh dengar orang bercakap dari luar.
