This hotel is probably the best value for money in JB. I like that the room has a small window and a little desk 💝, very functional and practical. I originally planned to stay for 2 days, but ended up stay 7 days. There are lots of restaurants nearby, so choices are very convenient. The only thing I noticed is that after guests check out, the housekeeping team comes in with a trolley to clean, but I didn’t see any bed sheets on it. I’m a bit puzzled.. aren’t the sheets supposed to be changed after check-out?

It’s a newly open hotel. You still get the new cabinet smell. Everything are clean and new. However this room with windows have a bad toilet design with shower together. Little packed in the toilet and water from shower easily splatting everywhere. Nice lobby with free water dispenser, coffee n juice. Ample street parking Infront and back of the hotel. We will be visiting again soon.

It was Good, used to stay at their Mount Austin's one, but this Permas Jaya one was supreb as usual, plus the location and parking, so much better than Mount Austin's!

房間舒服，衹是酒店很新，進去會有裝修後的氣味。樓下大廳擺放了小餅乾和咖啡環境很好。性價比高，下次還會入住。樓下很多餐廳咖啡店方便解決吃的。

The hotel is new and located in the center commercial area of Permas Jaya. There were plenty of parking. Everything in the hotel were good, except that the pillow provided were too soft and uncomfortable to be slept on. It would be good if both soft and hard pillow are provided for guests' selection. We would return in the future.
