An sich sehr gut gelegenes und ausgestattetes Hotel. Sehr störend waren die federnden Böden, die auf schlechte Bauqualität hinweisen. Entsprechend war es von oben sehr hellhörig: Jeder Schritt aus dem oberen Zimmer war laut zu hören.

Problem with my Discover bill. Was charged $282.05 thru  永安. Com Hong Kong. Have a receipt from Holiday Inn Express for total $247.14 which they quoted me on my phone and booked directly thru them. It’s all a scam. When I called the hotel the guy at the desk said he could not talk because of a checkin. Waited for 20 min on phone and hung up. When I tried calling back they would not answer. It’s run by an Indian family and they do not know what they are doing. Put in a claim on my Discover for overcharge of $34.91. Will never use 永安.Com again.

My kids and I decided to get out of Boston for the weekend during February school vacation. We got a 2 double bed room and the beds were extremely clean and comfortable, the room was a little small but extremely clean. The service and workers were great and friendly. The pool was clean (kind of too cold) but safe and had nice warm towels available. The free breakfast the next morning was delicious, nice spread of choices. The price was amazingly affordable! Overall a great experience, will definitely be coming back for April Vacation. 😊

Love the room with the king bed. Could have better channels on the tv but other than that .. no complaints. Room is always clean and the bed is very comfortable. Will stay again.

Went to see a show at Spire Center in Plymouth Mass. The pool was very clean, rooms, hallways. The girls at the desk were very nice. The remote control for the TV was broken went to the desk the girl gave me a new one she told me next time call and she would have someone come to the room to bring it very good breakfast 😋 will definitely stay again 👍👍👍👍
