一次愉快的住宿體驗，還會繼續支持的，就在費瓦湖邊，周邊的氛圍很棒，推開窗可以看到魚尾峯，樓下有家尼泊爾餐廳味道不錯，前台服務人員很友好，包含的早餐也很棒，還可以停車，打算下車開車開尼泊爾還住這裏

Everything was great, nice and peaceful. The room had a good air conditioner, toilet facilities and service was very helpful.

設施：酒店標註了有乾衣機，衝著這個預訂了。但是實際上是沒有的，好在跟永安溝通後，較好的解決了 環境：離湖還算比較近，步行幾分鐘就走到了。在陽台上也可以看到費瓦湖。 服務：沒有中文服務。好在服務意識很好，通過翻譯軟件還是得到很好的溝通。早餐不是自助式的 需要根據菜單上來點餐

Perfect location, top service by hotel staff, good food. However, the bed sheets and bed cover had some blood stains which indicated ignorance by hotel management teams in cleanliness.

衞生非常一般，枱麪是黏黏的，整塊枱麪都是喔！全新入住的床單上居然有鞋印？ 服務倒是還不錯，五點半趕飛機，提前祝通知，給我打包了一份早餐。 位置一般，並非離河邊非常近，需要走一下才能到。 贊點是，建築本身很新，還有小陽台（不過這邊塵太大了，在陽台上坐不是很愜意，如果你想坐在陽台上，最好不要選臨街的房間）。

We love this hotel. The rooms were good and clean, The hotel itself was nice with warm hospitality from the staff, they found us a hospital in no time, arranged free shuttle for us to go to the cable car, and even hanged our clothings for us in the balcony. I have to emphasize on their breakfast, the chef purposely made a swam out from an apple to me , and different cute creatures to my otherr family members, and the food was lovely. The location is so convenient that we could walk to the lakeside within minutes where activities were all over there. I will surely come back the next time I visit Nepal!

Room is fairly clean with fairly workable hot showers. The service is prompt and staffs polite. For some strange reason, our bedsheets were never changed for the week we were there… dustbins were emptied, water and tea replenished. The price is fair, the location is fabulous, just a short walk to the lakeside with streets full of restaurants, cafes and shops. Some touting and begging to be expected, buy them food if you wish. By Pokhara’s standards, a good room for tourists.

We love this hotel.
