酒店位於博卡拉著名的湖濱區，位置非常優越。設施齊全，環境舒適，工作人員熱情而周到，讓人倍感親切。 整體是庭院式設計，空間開闊又不失寧靜，帶着一種悠然的度假氛圍。 尤其喜歡酒店的餐廳。開放式的設計，直接連通湖邊。清晨坐在陽光下，伴着湖水的微風享用早餐，那一刻格外愜意而放鬆。

酒店房間還不錯，餐廳飲食服務也不錯，差評的是前台人員，謊話連篇，特別是女前台揭穿了她的謊言後，態度極其冷淡，叫出租車時多要了很多錢

The hotel was ok room big enough good location the pool abit small but i was ok to stay just a few days but during Dashami puja so much people they are not enough staffs to cleaning the rooms etc. services was not satisfied also there were not enough staffs who has more experience to take care guests.

I booked two rooms for two adults in each room but they charged me that I only booked for one adult per one room even how you book it's depends we can take person but first time i seen they charging by person not room wise we didn't have breakfast the last day it doesn't mean they will pay us back and they don't have proper communication with the guest the just asking pay money even once we paid they were telling us after clearing all the amount they texted us need to pay more 2k better they should tell us before worst experience and cleanliness not upto the standard

Nice staff and location,everyone are friendly,but make sure if u order from restaurant and paid instantly then keep the receipt otherwise they add those bill at final bill.

I stayed here for 1 night then left to hike and then came back for another night. One of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Professionalism is 10/10 from the security guard to the restaurant waiters to the receptionists to the manager Rozeena. Everybody was just going out of their way. Food was great (I had the chicken tandoori), the hotel has a genuinely good aesthetic with the pool and the lake view. The location is great (ATMs right nearby). The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water ran fine. Bed was soft. Live music in the restaurant. Great guard dog (golden retriever). My final day activity ran over time and they even let me check out a little later after notifying them in the morning. Big breakfast buffet that also runs pretty early so was able to get it both days. They have their own airport shuttle too which was cost effective and easily arranged. Pretty much every box ticked. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and I will definitely be back when I visit Pokhara again.

酒店位置就在費瓦湖旁邊，直接穿過餐廳就可以抵達，去湖邊非常近，中午有水果送，很好吃！前台很熱情，標準房基本看不到湖，酒店還在裝修中，裝修好之後應該會漲價，催退房時間有點早，基本在9.30左右，睡眠不好的需要注意咯

Great location. Just next to lake. Rooms were big n clean...nice pool n swing in garden...lok lovely due to amusement park just next to property... breakfast very average 5/10...ppl serving breakfast also dull...

這是第二次入住了，以為會有驚喜，但讓人有點失望了，床單沒有換，上廁所要經過洗澡間，晚上房間就有水，還有有點吵，外面的燈光很亮。
